Loved our stay in a Garden City Realty rental this past October.

The house was clean, well equipped, allowed dogs, and had a great view of the Surfside Beach. Never having stayed in a beach house rental before, we were skeptical, but GCR made everything easy! No issues or problems.

Even though the house we stayed in is no longer available for rent, we will use GCR to find our next beach paradise later this year!

Pleasant Garden

Surfmaster 910 was one of the most beautiful condos we have ever stayed in. We had everything we needed. The condo was very nicely decorated and very clean. My daughter and I came down for a mother/daughter weekend and loved it so much that we spent the entire day on Friday inside the condo and out on the beautiful balcony. We took some beautiful pictures on the sunrise on Friday morning. We truly hated to leave on Sunday. I would highly recommend this condo!!!

We decided last minute to stop to stay on the ocean. Garden City Reality found the perfect condo on the beach for us. The view from this first floor condo was perfect for morning sun rise from the living room. Easy access to the second level of the parking garage. Beautifully decorated, new kitchen counters , comfortable bed and furniture made me feel at home !
The Surf Master Building is convenient walking distance to the Garden City Pier, restaurants and bars. Perfect location!

We would return to 106 when we have the chance.

The property is in a very nice location, a few feet from the beach and easy short walks to several restaurants/bars. The house's interior is dated and could use some work, especially in the kitchen. The layout of the living area and bedrooms makes it easy for everyone to have their on space, but still be able to family fun in living area.
