Our experience with the condo was wonderful! We had minor issues with telephone, a missing kettle and a microwave that decided to stop working and the Garden City Realty customer service was excellent. They dealt with all of these issues with no inconvenience to us and to 100% of our satisfaction. I would suggest that the owner invest in minor repairs and changes to make the condo even more appealing. Paint the ceiling in the master bedroom bathroom (water stains on ceiling), change the floor under the washer, buy new cutlery and pots and pans. But in spite of that, the condo was spacious, bright, clean with an AWESOME view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely rent it again.

We rented this unit 413 just a few days before March started. We were due to come to unit 111 for the fourth time in November but health problems caused us to cancel. This unit 413 is larger than we need but was the only one available for the month of March on such short notice. We like the larger amount of space and will be back in the fall.

We enjoyed our stay in our latest rental on ocean front. Our condo was clean, comfortable (beds were SUPER comfortable), beautifully decorated and updated. The beach was a 2 minute walk and the pool and whirlpool 1 minute. The sunrise from the master deck was stunning! Thank you for a memorable and relaxing weekend! We look forward to staying with you again.
