This is a very nice unit. Everything you could need to start your stay was there. Very quiet unit. Great deck overlooking the ocean. The unit itself is larger in square footage (1250’) which made it feel very homey. This the nicest unit we have rented in 4 times staying in MB.

The Penthouse was the ultimate in luxury, the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the master shower was great, the view was fantastic. The deck was beautiful with lots of places for people to sit and the hot tub was big enough for several people at once. The only issue I could say we had was with the beautifully redone white marble bathroom. Our daughter came with two little boys and the shower door closest to the faucets was permanently attached, just an FYI if you're thinking about bringing little ones that need a bathtub, you have to get into the tub to turn the water on and to close the drain manually to keep the water in the tub. Also the water wasn't hot enough in the shower, but we called maintenance, they came right away and tweaked it. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The reason I gave it four stars for cleanliness is because I'm a clean freak and can find dirt anywhere... I would highly recommend this property to anyone, it's amazing

We really loved this condo. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and of Myrtle Beach. It was cozy and had everything that we needed including full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We loved the balcony overlooking the ocean and watching the dophines and ocean birds.

Four generations of our family, 21 in all, gathered in early February for a six-week-delayed Christmas weekend. The house was perfect for us.

It is beautifully and comfortably furnished. We had room to gather together when we wanted to, and to spread out into smaller groups with multiple sitting areas. There was even space for us all to sit down to eat at the same time, between two dining tables and two bars.

We much appreciated the elevator, as two of our party have some trouble with stairs. The elevator helps a lot when loading and unloading our vehicles, too!

It is ocean-front, with a beautiful view from all three floors; all three have ocean-facing porches. We enjoyed being near the pier, but just far enough from the main intersection not to worry about noise.

The place was very clean. The kitchen has two refrigerators, handy for a large group like ours.

We hope to come again.

We love this condo! It is large and spacious, beautifully decorated, and has very nice and comfortable furniture. After coming to this area of Myrtle Beach for a number of years, we have found that this is one of the most desirable units we've been in. The kitchen is completely redone with granite counter tops and new appliances. Fully covered in 'look alike hardwood' floors. The only few things we would have preferred are more closet space in the 2 other bedrooms and a private toilet in the master bedroom. I would give this unit a perfect 9.

I wish my visit was for a vacation, however, it was work-related. Nonetheless, the condo fit my needs perfectly. It's well-maintained, stocked, and nicely furnished.

Enjoyed Surfmaster 111. Extending another month. Great bed and linens etc. Kitchen has everything you need. Very well decorated etc. Steps to the ocean. I will rate this 5 stars.

Nice condo that is well-furnished. Freezer makes an occasional jackhammer sound. Maintenance stopped by to repair heavy drip from the toilet tank. Can opener was nearing its end.

This turned out to be a great place for our large family. The coolest part was that each bedroom had its own bathroom, so no waiting for showers and no issues for people "with issues". Its located in a great spot not far from all the beach things and shopping that people might want to take in.

The management company was very easy to work with.

The place was clean and there were lots of handy kitchen tools available to us, which is was important since our stay was over the Thanksgiving Holiday.

My only complaint might be that this rental of the entire house is essentially two units. There is an attached two bed/two bath apartment that is only accessible from a separate staircase. So if you are renting the whole house, some folks will have to go outside to back inside the main house to join the rest of that family. it's really not that big a deal, and this may be very convenient for folks that need some downtime away from a larger group - the apartment has its own kitchen, TV's, living room, an front porch - however it would have been nice to know from that start since when we first entered the house we thought it was two bedrooms short and had to go find the other outside staircase to realize that was part of our rental as well.

Overall though I would recommend this to any large group.
