This was our second month of March in 408. Just like last year, the unit was clean and everything in order.
Maintenance manager Dan DeFreest was again friendly and helpful. The elevators are truly a perfect piece of reliability. My longest wait in the whole month was 17 seconds.
The only disappointment was the carpet removed from living room area.The website picture should be updated to reflect this change.

Enjoyed the property bunk beds were a little uncomfortable for adults main bedrooms were great. Loved the pool area and hot tub, wish weather was a little more friendly.

Loved unit 210. Unit was updated, modern and clean. Very comfortable and thank heaven - a king size bed. I wish we could have stayed the entire summer.

Last Oct. I had written on the unintentional damage sheet several problems that were in the condo when I arrived. I also mentioned the situation in general, to the guest book. Both Garden City Realty, and written in the guest book, I was contacted and had assurances from the realty co. that the items would be attended to. I was most pleased to see that all the items had been attended to (I can't say about the coffee pot - it was the same as last year, which I couldn't get to work, so I brought my own again. But otherwise everything was fine. I did figure out the tv in the living room, but the bedroom ones don't seem completely connected. But I'm no techno person,so it could just be me. But all in all, it fulfilled my needs, and it was nice to return to the same place, and feel at home. Thank you.

Unit was 3 BR - larger than we needed but we took it as our choice was limited as we decided to return to Garden City this year on short notice
It was a very nice well kept unit with all amenities as promised. Very satisfied and will hopefully be back next year.

Was able to enjoy first few days of vacation, prior to mandatory evacuation, with other family members, who traveled from Virginia, Georgia, and Tennessee, for our yearly shared vacation. We have rented from several rental agencies, but most pleased with Garden Realty's rentals and especially rentals in Murrells Inlet. Due to pending storm we all arrived running and we were able to still do some of the activities we enjoy doing in MB. Sad to have to leave early, but took more great memories of MB home with us. Always plenty to do and see when our family members meet in MB. We'll see you again next year.

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The area is quiet and unimposing which lends to a private time of rest and tranquility. The parking was a bit limiting, especially because we all had large SUV’s. The staff at Garden City Realty was very friendly and accommodating. Of course, there were minor housekeeping issues, but none that could not be easily corrected.

1110 was exactly as the pictures show. Beautiful condo that was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean with easy access. Covered parking.

We had a wonderful time. The place was well-maintained, clean and accommodated all 5 of us quite well. Each room having their own bathroom was a major bonus for getting ready in the evenings to go out to dinner. We all especially enjoyed the hot tub; this was a luxurious amenity my 11 year old and 13 year old. (I'm hoping the pH gets checked and maintained after each rental usage?) Also, thank you so much for the beach toys in the front closet. We forgot ours, so it was nice to use these and not have to go out and buy more. We made sure to return them so your next guests can enjoy them as well. Overall, I very much appreciate how well this property is maintained and exactly how it's shown. There were no surprises. Thank you so much!

The house is centrally located to many golf courses and offers a spacious downstairs living area with well stocked kitchen. The house was clean and everything was in working order when we arrived. The cable TV was lacking though which made it hard to watch sports. But that is my only complaint.
