The views were AMAZING!!!! Condo was beautiful! Only negative was the hot tub was never cleaned, and the water was icky when we arrived. Already have plans on staying at this property again next year.

This was a great beach house. We didn’t lack for anything. We had everything that was needed. The house set up with all the rooms was wonderful. The pool area was also wonderful we had enough lounge chairs and seating. The only thing was the internet would cut out ,especially at night for a few hours.

We love the area and have been coming to Garden City for quite a number of years. We've discovered Surf Master is one of the better complexes to rent, especially the condo we are in now. It is very well appointed, lovely beach colors. Completely remodeled throughout. We love the kitchen with it's granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. We are looking forward to spending our coming winter here.

We spent the month of March and very much enjoyed our condo. It was clean and attractive and obviously with a beautiful view from deck, living room, and master BR. Easy access to the beach and a short walk or drive to good restaurants: nothing like breakfast - or any other meal- overlooking the water.

for 10 or 15 winters, we are certainly satisfied with
the service and the physical characteristics of the
units we have enjoyed. Previously staying in three bedroom units, this 2019 2 bedroom ranks with the best we have experienced. The unit was clean, nicely furnished ocean front, and important for a
winter stay snug and warm.

the condo was clean, safe, secure ... decorated beautifully,kitchen fully stocked with cookware, gadgets, premium appliances, nothing else needed to cook chef-quality meals except a trip to the market. This condo is well-loved - appreciate the opportunity to stay for the week.

We were discouraged that all four TV's had the cheapo remote control boxes that did not show a channel guide & not what was on any channel we clicked on. Fortunately we got a paper guide to all the channels & what numbers they were. The vertical blinds in especially the living room were difficult if not impossible to operate so we left them in the same position the entire stay. The thermostat had no directions & was difficult to switch from heat to cool. We bought & left a Toaster Oven as we felt we could use it much of the time instead of the big oven. The area rug over the living room carpet bunches up and we could not straighten it. There were no screens on the patio doors so we could not leave them open for long, and never at night.

Our place at Compass Rose 12 was beautiful. We loved everything about it. Loved the screened in porch if we had rockers there it would have been more awesome but the chairs were fine too. We enjoyed our stay.will be back already have it for a month soon.
