This rental was exactly what I needed for the weekend. The location was perfect right on the beach. The house was cleaned smelled fresh not like chemicals. Everything worked flawlessly. My wife and I love staying in the Garden City Beach are. You're just far enough south of the main strip to avoid all the congestion and close enough to enjoy the local attractions. Garden city realty has always treated us great! I will use them for all our rental needs in the area when we visit. Surf Master 509 was a very clean and nice. The balcony is very large and the unit overall is in great condition. The kitchen is well stocked with all the items you need to make a nice meal. The deck and pool area was also well taken care of. You won't be disappointed in any of the Surfmaster Units!

The condo was very clean and up to date with decorating and furniture. A plus was that we were able to check in a little early as well upon arrival. We wished the den had a larger TV in it - I think there was a 32 or 40 inch in there? Our other wish would be that the bed in the master bedroom be replaced as it was worn out. Mattress was un-even and dipped and everytime one of us moved the entire mattress moved and disturned the other person. Not very comfortable to sleep in and get a good nights rest. We would come again and stay in this unit if the mattress was replaced. I would have given 5 stars if it were not for the mattress issue.

Great home for our family spring break vacation. Home is beautiful and had everything we needed. Weather could have been warmer, but it is April. Two suggestions: bathroom on ground level for use at pool and for the price of linens and towels, I would think sheets could be put on the beds.

Overall, great stay! Fair warning the scenic fall puzzle is missing pieces, don't let yourself be driven crazy over it, lol. So close to beach, great floor plan for families.

My family's experience was wonderful at surf Master 413. We have stayed their several times because of the view and cleanliness of the condo. The owners have supplied many extras to make our visit pleasurable. My only complaint was that I had trouble regulating the heat on the burners of the stove. We will definitely return to this beautiful condo.

Lovely home and it was our 2nd time at this property. Loved the renovations to the interior. Our family enjoyed the outdoor space! Inlet and dock in the backyard which we took full advantage of by renting a boat for the week from Beach House Boat Rentals. Ocean just across the street. Great mix for our whole crew! Home owner even stopped by to greet us as we arrived. We will be back!

We had a wonderful 2 week vacation at Surf Master 206 in Garden City. While the condo was a bit dated, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It afforded all the conveniences of home and a beach front view to die for. The building itself and the grounds were also very well maintained and it was obvious that they continue to make sure it's in the very best shape possible for the owners and guests. The pool areas were also very nice, although I would have liked to have seen the pools heated during this time of year. The check in/check out process was smooth and easy. I would absolutely stay at Surf Master again.
