Pilot Mountain

Price was good, rooms were great, patio was great, view was great, location was great, parking was extremely tight but it was nice having your own designated spot. Condo was clean and everything in that aspect was above satisfactory. Of all places my family and I have stayed this was our favorite!

We enjoyed our trip and everything was wonderful!! Only disappointment was the pool was not cleaned. We called to report it but. No one ever came out the week we started. The same sand pile sat in the corner all week. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

It's been over 30 years since previously staying at Marlin Quay and it was great to see it didn't lose its charm and has only improved, especially with the recently updated windows and doors. 202 was the best - clean, well-maintained, extremely comfortable, quiet, very secure, and reasonably priced with amazing views and close to the beach. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of closet and drawer space. The Quay restaurant next door has incredible food and it's nice to be able to just walk over. The Marina Store is also convenient to pop in for drinks, snacks, etc. The owner of the property had made some furniture updates between us booking and arriving, which was a nice surprise and made the stay even more comfortable. The balcony has plenty of furniture to sit and relax. Garden City Realty has wonderful customer service and communication making booking, arriving, staying, and departing so easy. With the marina, ocean, and sunset views we didn't want to leave but hope to be back next year to enjoy this fantastic property!

The house was nice as always but. They have now put in hardwood floors all through the house and no vacuum cleaner or the broom that they had was horrible sand stayed in our house pretty much the whole time cause we couldn’t clean it good that’s really the only complaint and the bedroom furniture, the drawers fall out otherwise it was perfect

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! This condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything you would need, and even included items for the beach, which was a nice surprise! The bed was so comfortable, as were the couches. The view from the balcony was exquisite! I would definitely stay here again!

We loved Hello Sunshine! Good location! This house actually needs another washer/dryer, another full size refrigerator /freezer, and a large offset patio umbrella for the pool area.

Overall, a great time.Kids loved the pool and the opportunity to ride in the golf cart.Garden City Realty helpful before and during our stay.two small suggestions..3rd step on pool ladder missing and could use a ceiling fan in the carport area to circulate air there.

My family had a wonderful time in this condo. There was plenty of space between the 2 floors, the space was very clean and up to date, and in a great area for visiting the attractions and restaurants on throughout the area. The pool is small, but there are not as many condos in this building, so does not get too crowded.
The living room window was leaking severely during our stay due to the tropical storms, but this was only a minor inconvenience.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend visiting if you have your eye on it!

We stayed a week during the 4th of July holiday and we had a great time. We were able to check in before 4pm and the room was clean and the view was amazing. We did bring a lot of household items, since we were givin a heads up as to what items were available.
We already booked for next year.
We only wish there were ceiling fans.

Garden City Realty makes your stay very easy. We had a great response with maintenance. We had a little trouble getting the air adjusted correctly and also we had a leak from the shower and maintenance. Was there in 10 minutes actually it started in the showerhead and there was no damage. The house was beautiful and accommodated us very well who was very clean as well as the house we enjoyed our stay.
