We had a very comfortable stay home was clean except for the tiny ants we had to deal with all week. Couldn't have any food unless it was refrigerated. Counters had ants all week. They had any traps on the counter, but they didn't seem to be working. Otherwise, we had a nice vacation.

We stayed here for a week. The rental was as advertised and perfect for us to relax and finally enjoy some sun and warm weather after a long winter. We'll be staying here again for sure on our next trip to the shore.

Perfect location south of Myrtle Beach and close to Brookgreen Gardens. Walked on the beach every day.
We like to do our own cooking sometimes and pots and pans we needed were there. Only missing a hair drier and a sharp knife.

We loved the view and the condo! The furniture was nice and there was everything we needed to cook with in the kitchen. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice rental. It was spacious and clean.

Love Sea Banks 302! Perfect location! Great screened in porch! Well-equipped! Comfortable beds! No crowds on this part of the beach! I have rented many condos in Garden City...and this is my favorite!

The property was located in a good area. All we needed was in close proximity and our meeting location was only minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The elevator was an added bonus because we had ladies in our group that couldn’t walk up stairs. It was a great retreat and we will probably rent again.

We have been coming to Garden City for 24 years. My parents live off Indian Wells golf course. We enjoyed staying at your condo on the beach. Very nice renovations and accommodations. Quiet end unit! 1 mile from the Garden City Pier. We continue to make family memories at the beach ! Thank you.

Exactly as pictured. Lovely beachy decor. Have stayed at numerous units at One Ocean Place & this was one of the best.Only suggestion would be having typed instructions for the TV's.
