Sun Dial 32 is a very nice place with lots of space. The view is fabulous! The kitchen had everything we needed. The loft is an excellent place for kids to stay. It was very clean and we loved the ocean front balconies! The downstairs guest bathroom toilet was not working great and the master bedroom bed is not the best but overall this is a GREAT place and we definitely want to return!!

I have stayed in a lot of different condos in Garden City and this one so far was the best. It is nice when an owner updates the furniture, washer and dryer ect.

My family and I had a wonderful time here The views are great all around and the place is very clean. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Master bedroom is away from the other bedrooms which offers nice privacy. It was wonderful waking up to ocean sounds and drinking our coffee on the balcony and then falling asleep to the ocean sounds. The Conche Cafe a few steps from the condo has great food and drinks. It was perfect and exactly what we needed.

Surfmaster 204 was a beautifully, newly renovated condo. We stayed there from April 20-27 and enjoyed every minute. The close proximity to the beach was amazing. Would definitely look to rent this property again in the future. Only negative I had was the day of check in. The rental company explained to me that if the property was not being used I can check in early. I checked in on Saturday morning when the property had been vacant since Friday morning and was unable to do so. They stated we still need to clean the unit and when it finally was they still delayed and stated it’s a 2 step process. I drove almost 12 hours with 2 small children and timed my arrival because I was led to believe I can check in early. I finally got in the room at 3:15. Other than that everything was amazing.

Condo could use some updating. Especially the window coverings. What few slats remaining in the front blinds did not leave much privacy (especially at night).

I have stayed in One Ocean Place before and have always been impressed. Garden City Realty was professional from start to finish. I'm very picky about rentals and I wasn't disappointed. Condo was super nice and clean. Nice clean pool and hot tub. Outside building well manicured and taken care of. Also very private

Down for a golf vacation w/ 32 golfers and 4 houses. La Haina was one of the homes. Boys loved the dock to fish and the kitchen well stocked w/ pots and pans for cooking. Would have been nice to have a grill; but another house did.

The unit was beautiful. The wall of windows was amazing. We could never get the living room tv to work. Pictures in book were not pictures of same remotes. Disappointed pool was so so so cold. No restrooms on bottom level. I would stay again just very small disappointments.
