We had the privilege of staying in this gorgeous home in April for my daughters last spring break in high school. This was our 6th visit to Myrtle Beach and by far the best place we stayed at. Everything we needed was provided. The location was superb. We look forwarding to staying here many many times!

Sleeping listening to the waves every night and waking up each morning to a wonderful sunrise from room or balcony... who wouldn't want to stay here!!!
I do think they need more light fixtures in the small bedroom or brighter bulbs.... it is poorly lit. I did clean the mold from the tub and shower in both bathrooms when I arrived and wiped of baseboards they were quite thick with dust.... overall job was typical for a cleaning company. ONE major recommendation is to have a slide bolt lock or manual deadbolt w/o key on the inside of the door for renters while in the room. Would come back again.

My daughter and I truly enjoyed our stay the the Beach House 206. Not only was the condo clean and well-maintained, it was the perfect location to relax and enjoy Spring Break. Garden City Realty was great! Simple, easy and convenient check in and check out. Looking forward to staying again next year!
