It was just what we expected , condo has a beachy feel overlooking the ocean! Clean comfortable rooms and amenities were accommodating , having the pool and hot tub right by the beach , great location ! �� We can’t wait to visit again!

Enjoyed my recent 4 Night stay. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and parking was great. My only regret was not booking directly with Garden City Realty. I used VRBO initally and got charged a booking fee with them and Garden City. For my next visit I will book directly with Garden City because I have used them numerous times on previous trips.

I had always stayed in condos during Bike Week, until two years ago always with Dunes Realty. I have experienced superior service and customer service with Garden City realty. One Ocean Place is the best property I have stayed at in 10 years. Room 1202 is the best and most comfortable condo I have ever rented. I will reserve this condo through Garden City Realty for both Spring and Fall Rally's from here on out.

Older home but a great stay.Enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the marsh. Kids fished from dock and enjoyed. Beds need to be upgraded and no diswasher. Floors in bathrooms dusty behind doors. Roof leaks bd in both bathrooms but we reported as soon as we seen the water.

I have stayed the last 4 years with Surf Master and Garden City. They are considerate, kind, professional and easy to work with. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our stay. They are constantly making up-grades and keeping their guests safe and secure!. You can't go wrong with Garden City and Surf Master!

This is our favorite place to stay during Myrtle Beach Bike Week. This house is cozy, in a good location with great parking, and a fabulous covered porch! And the fact that the owner baked us a pound cake doesn't hurt either :)

Home was very nice and I would use again. Rustic with an awesome location. Would suggest the dead palm tree in the back be removed and lawn maintained, but other than that very satisfied.
