1106 is a great condo. Just 2 of us and this was perfect for our Vaca. The beach work was bad timing, it intercepted 2 days of our visit .

All our children, spouses and grandchildren gathered to help celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The house was great for our family. We had plenty of room and liked having a bathroom for each bedroom. The pool was enjoyed by everyone. The owner has thought of everything needed on vacation and the staff at Garden City Realty even signed a card with anniversary wishes for us.

The condo overlooks the marina, and is steps away from beach access. The views of the marina and sunsets are amazing. The place was clean and they had everything our young family needed - extra linens, high chair, etc. The kitchen was well stocked for large family dinners. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!!

Linda Mar was perfect for our family vacation. The house was in very good condition inside and out.

Had a great stay. The house was everything it'd been advertised as being. Very spacious and located nicely away from traffic yet close to the beach and pier. Pool was a private community pool and a bit small for adults or teenage kids, but we weren't there for the pool and wouldn't have utilized it even if it had been larger. Also, parking was ample but a little tight for a full sized 4 door pickup truck.

This was our first family vacation. It was absolutely perfect !! Rental 413 had the most beautiful decor and was very clean. We had an 8 year old girl , my niece , it was her first trip to the beach and she loved it. The condo had tons of extra toys for her play with that we didn’t even know where going to be in the condo. We can’t wait to come back and stay in the same rental.
