Very reasonable price & great location. We enjoyed our stay. Needs new furniture, or a good cleaning. If you are planning on using oven, take your own pot holder( this is one item that I didn't think to bring.)

Good times at the beach at the pool sitting at shack (dock) and watching the Murder Channel. Macie was the 21 champion at pool ball, Maxwell was the cereal killer up to six bowls a day. Maleah, Matilda and Brick were the comedians of a great trip. We have booked this house again next year.

Celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with family and close friends. Moonlighting was a perfect size home for 22 people. The large rooms were all very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus it was great to have 2 refrigerators!!! Location was perfect. We had beautiful ocean views and was a very short walk to the beach. Also, the private pool was amazing !!! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves !!!

We love this house! We have been doing our annual family vacation in Myrtle Beach for 18 years. We are hoping that we can do the ones to come at this house! It had more than we have had in previous houses. We loved the two refrigerators and the mini bar with an ice machine. Everything was very well kept and beautiful.

Everyone I spoke with at Garden City Realty was very sweet and informative. I really appreciated their customer service to making check-in and out very easy.

This is the 3rd year we've stayed at this condo group and the 2nd year in this particular unit. Nicely equipped with plenty of kitchen items, beach gear, and board games. Garden City Realty has been a professional, friendly, and efficient group to work with.

We had a group of ten and this house had plenty of room, clean, and great location. My family and friends had the best summer vacation!

My only recommendation the one bedroom w double and connected bathroom needs upgraded to queen mattress and replaced bed frame.

Love Surfmaster. We’ve stayed here for over 10 years and never had an issue. Love the area and Garden City beach. Nice family atmosphere without the chaos at other local beaches. Unit 511 is our preferred condo. Beautifully decorated, clean, beautiful views of the ocean. Just updated the flooring.

Unfortunately my husband and I did not get to go on this vacation this year due to an illness. However our kids and grandkids went and had a wonderful time. The condos we rent suit our needs perfectly. We can sit on the balcony and watch the pool and the ocean. The condo is clean and bright. This is the second year in this rental and we’re already planning next year. My vacation was facebooking every evening and talking to the grandkids about their day. Next year I will be there in person!
