The location was amazing. We had an issue with a bed during our stay, and the maintenance team was great. They came right out when called, and the broken mattress was replaced the next day.

The unit was ocean front with a perfect morning view for the sunrise and to see dolphins. Very clean and homey, the pool was good to have as another source of swimming. Location was close to shops, grocery stores, and the pier.

Everything was very nice, it was very convenient to everything we wanted to go see and do. The pool was great, I wish there had been a net so we could have gotten leaves and other small debris out of it easily.

We had a great time in Garden City. We loved the condo Surf Master 210. It was very nice and loved the view. I would definitely stay her again.

We had 16 family members stay at Mariposa and we had a great time! We loved that all 16 of us could sit around the large table for family meals. The beach was fantastic and sitting on the porch and being able to see your family on the beach was great. It was easy to haul beach gear back and forth. The pool was wonderful, even though a little cold for the older folks. But the hot tub did the trick. We didn't realize there was an elevator and that was a blessing for one of our guests. The only suggestion is that we encountered several nails on the wooden steps, walkways or porches that were raised and could hurt someone's foot. We took care of the ones we found. Overall an amazing vacation. We would definitely stay at Mariposa again!

Bluff City

Our condo was very nice. We had some problems with tv's and lights. We called Garden City Realty and someone came the next day to straighten things out. Did not enjoy beach as it was being refurbished.

Dunkirk

This was our second time staying in this unit. We absolutely love the corner unit and the views are spectacular. It would be nice if the balcony had more chairs but certainly not a deal breaker. Overall the unit is comfortable and has everything one might need. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a very nice and relaxing time. There was beach and HOA renovation work going on while we were there, but Garden City Rental informed us and there was no inconvenience or disturbance. The condo was very nice. We have stayed at this one before and selected it due to that experience. The unit lacked a hot pad for getting things out of the oven, but we gladly rectified that during our stay. Definitely a property to return to year after year. Garden City Realty is always tops on their service as well.

Pittsburgh

This was our first time vacationing in Garden City and we will be back and plan to rent this same condo again. We love this area and especially enjoyed Murrells Inlet. The condo met all are expectations. It was well-equipped and comfortable. The large deck with nice furniture provided a fantastic view. We wanted a quiet and relaxing vacation and this condo and location delivered. Very pleased!

Phoenix

Surf Master suite 408 is a beautiful suite, tastefully decorated throughout and well suited for families with or without children. The open floor plan keeps everyone together but yet allows for multiple activities and visiting inside and on the balcony. The main living space, kitchen and hall have a beautiful wood looking flooring that cleans up easily. The kitchen has a very nice work area/bar for prepping and serving meals. It is well equipped with pots and pans, utensils, a blender and hand mixer. The washer/dryer are a big plus! The bedrooms are also very tastefully and yet efficiently decorated for vacationeers. And the 3 bathrooms are great for large groups.

The room had everything we needed. From dishes to washer and dryer! It was very roomy.
