excellent stay except the pool lounge hogs. They put towels on the chaise lounges at 8 am and leave. There was 3 people in the pool and 13 chairs had towels on them. People, including myself, had no where to sit. Some sort of sign should be put up to stop this rude and ignorant act.

Nice condo, but some things were not working, like the dishwasher, half bath toilet wouldn't flush, and one hallway light was out. Bed was very comfortable, and everything else was great, really enjoyed the oceanfront balcony.

Staff was very accommodating and since the property was available allowed us to check in early. Beach were not crowded and very clean. The rental was in great shape, clean and had everything we needed.

Good experience, condo location was great, but interior was a bit dated. Other than that, the condo functioned well and served us nicely. We had a good week and no problems with the property.

We have been staying at Surfmaster for at least 6 yeasrs now and it is always a great vacation. Location is convenient to Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet. The facility is clean and nice to stay at with all the amenities required for a great family vacation.

We loved the home away from home!! It was great sitting on the deck and enjoying the ocean views. We enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the ocean. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our week. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

This house is perfect for our needs and is always a pleasure to stay at Mariposa. We love the location, in a quiet neighborhood with little beach traffic. It has it's own pool which is great. The house is clean and comfortable. The only downside is the hefty price for a weeks stay. It goes up a little each year and we don't look forward to the day we just can't pay what they are asking. This was our fifth year at Mariposa and we hope we can continue to book it. We'll see.....

What an outstanding view!We did have a little difficulty with the sliding door but it was worth the struggle to get to the balcony. We had a great vacation and would definitely come again.

My family and I have just returned from our 5th visit to Channel of Blessings. We absolutely love this house and the view. We want to send a big THANK YOU to the owners and Garden City Realty for the improvements made to the gazebo area, outdoor area repairs and the new ceiling fans in the outdoor spaces. What a huge difference it made. Also the upgrades on some rugs and bed spreads. All of this makes a great vacation even better.

We rent yearly through Garden Realty, this was the largest house thus far and it worked for us. Loved the house and location.
Dining area view breathtaking and we absolutely loved the large table.
Appreciated the sufficient seating on primary deck,
top deck and pool deck.
Also loved the number of bathrooms.

Opportunities for improvement:
It’s a very large home- more serving platters and large bowls
Access to a vacuum cleaner or sweeper versus just a broom.
Labels on stove can’t be seen - trial and error not fun while cooking.
