This condo was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the balconies and having the little screened in area at the front door to leave our beach chairs and such. Garden City Realty was great to work with, wry accommodating. We had a situation where we had accidentally locked ourselves out, and they were there within 10 mins to let us in. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is even better than we expected. Awesome gated neighborhood with private access to the beach. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, tons of space and a lot of places to hang out. We highly recommend renting this house.

We had a lovely experience staying at the Flip Flop Inn. It is a good location. Pet friendly, ample parking, grill, nice layout, vibrant colors, easily accessible from beach and street. Convenient to grocery, gas and retail. Quite, family friendly beach.

First, I loved that Garden City Reality let you check in at Surf Master. Staff was courteous, kind and efficient. The check in packet and supplies were a sweet gift.Surf Master 413 was so much more than I expected. More than adequate kitchen supplies, including plates, cups, mugs, silverware and bar ware.. Utensils and pans for all sorts of baking and cooking. I liked that kitchen linen was there also. The games, books and toys were wonderful. We had 2 rainy nights and the games were put to use. I had my 3 1/2 year old twin grandchildren with us. It was like Christmas morning with the toys. These toys kept them occupied as we were getting ready for the day and night activities. The property was clean and well maintained with plenty of seating inside and outside.. I hope to rent this property again

This condo was beautifully appointed while feeling comfortable and homey. It has plenty of space for everyone. The views are spectacular and it is right on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful rental experience. The location of the property was excellent. The only downside to the property is the beds. Only one King size bed, everything else is full or twin. This makes it hard for tall people. Also, the beds were hard. Some people like hard beds so that is not a problem either. We are accustomed to softer beds. It was a renters paradise. You could tell things were well thought out. I loved the dock and beach access directly in front of the house.

The house was great, very well decorated. Beautiful view. The pool was great. On the down side, the dishwasher was not working when we checked in, was repaired on Thursday afternoon.

This Three Bedroom Condo Did Not Disappoint!!

Our family stayed at Duneside 1. and absolutely enjoyed our stay.  We hope to stay there again really soon!!

Garden City was great to work with, very helpful, and friendly.

The Lazy O property was beautiful, immaculate, and modern. There was one cleaning issue brought to Garden City's attention, and the staff member was very apologetic for the issue. We took care of the problem ourselves. In addition, there was a repair issue in one of the bathrooms, which was addressed immediately.

I would recommend Garden City and stay at the property if our plans bring us to Murrells Inlet again.

Cuyahoga Falls

We visit Garden City beach yearly. We stayed in a new condo this year. We loved it there. This was our first time renting through garden city realty. The only thing was check in was at 4:30 and we couldn't even get the keys until 6pm. We drove from Ohio and got to the area to have time to grocery shop before check in. We arrived at 4:15 and Garden City Realty said it wasn't ready. So we sat in the car with no where to go for almost 2 hours with 4 kids, groceries and luggage. The bathroom was dusty above the mirror and all the fans in the condo were caked with dust. So we weren't happy about that with the cleaning service, it takes that long to clean and inspect it and its not all the way cleaned.

We had a great time, this could be the last vacation where the whole family can get together due to kids getting older and pursuing careers. We have been coming to Garden City Beach for 16 years now. Can't wait to move here one day.
