We had a couple different families that joined us on this vacation and it worked out so well with the layout of this home. The different levels added the privacy needed for each family. The house was clean and comfortable and plenty of hot water for all the showers. The only two issues that we had were that the kitchen seemed to not have very much in the way of pots an pans for cooking at home for that large of a crowd. The other issue was that the pool was constantly dirty from the landscaping and tree debris going into the pool. Didn't like having to clean the pool every time we got in it. However we did enjoy the pool.

Condo was nice. We have been staying at beach house for many years and love the ocean view very much. The only thing I would like to see changed is Garden City Reality. I has to wait in line way to long for my key. Also my kid cut his foot on the city walk way to the beach. A nail sticking up. I called Garden City Reality and they said sorry its the citys problem and it took the city almost an entire week to fix it. This was unacceptable as my son was not the only one to be cut by this screw. Im expecting you will fix both problems. Look its a really nice place and we will be back.

We had a great family vacation. This property was exactly as it was described, very clean and modern appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all a good size with lots of space and comfortable beds.
Swimming pool was a great bonus, the temperature was perfect and again very clean. The house is a great location and only a short walk to the beach. Grandparents loved sitting on the front balcony where it was shaded and then watching the kids swim from the rear balcony. Wonderful house, thankful we got to enjoy our week at A Wave from it All.

This was a great week. The condo is very roomy and has beautiful views from the balcony. we heard very little noise from the other condos around us. The only issues we had were very poor WiFi service, the water in the condo was either hot hot or cold and the fireworks on the beach right outside our location late at night. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Nice condo and would recommend to anyone. Got lots of room and right on the beach, exactly what we wanted to stay in. Place was clean and everything worked well. I would definitely rent again.

The apt was perfect for our little ones and had plenty of kitchen supplies to make life easy. Beach is right in front of the property and fun to use. Basically, you must purchase one of their beach umbrellas (comes with two chairs for $35/day) to get a good seat on the beach. One drawback was the nightly beach fireworks. It was loud, but most importantly very dangerous! I think there is an ordinance at our property banning this, but we only walked on the beach one evening and felt like we were surrounded by vacationers experimenting with the use of fireworks easily purchased in town. They were not responsible and one nearly clipped us. That was a disappointment. At other beaches, we took the little ones to the beach at night frequently.

This was my second year after falling in love with this place. It is clean, decorated very nicely and very warm and inviting. The only issue I had was a chirping smoke detector that I had to listen to for two days. It took two days and four phone calls to get battery changed. Was not a happy camper. My favorite is the awesome view of the beach.

We have vacationed in the Myrtle Beach area for over 20 years, but this week was outstanding. This was our first stay at Surf Master but definitely won’t be our last. Our unit truly exceeded expectations and the owner had so many extras - extra beach chairs, toys, little fishing nets, and an incredible kitchen! Despite being a large resort, it didn’t feel cramped at the pool or beach. We loved every minute!

it was a big problem with sound coming out of the closet in the bed room we couldn`t even go to sleep every night by the way it was not the air condition.
