We enjoyed our week here very much! I’ve rented many condos and houses over the years for vacations, and I can honestly say that this was the most well-equipped one we’ve ever been in. The kitchen was beautiful, and for once we had a decent quality of pots and pans, as well as knives that actually were sharp! No need to bring your frying pan and knife from home in this condo! Decor is beautiful and tasteful. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Just all around a wonderful condo!

Beach House 212 was exactly as advertised! Spotlessly clean, nicely decorated with a beachy feel. Great large and small appliances, all working well. Everything you need for everyday cooking. The view from the balcony was beautiful...we sat there most nights just listening to the ocean. Nice loungers at the pool and deck. We noticed on our second day that something was leaking under the sink. We called Garden City and this was taken care of within two hours...brand new faucet. A couple years ago we booked through another rental agency. We had several things to complain about and when I left I included a list with our keys. These complaints were never acknowledged. That's why we stitched to Garden City Rental this year. Everything was great, no complaints!!!

First time in a surfside and we loved it!

We loved having our own pool (we typically stay in condos)
I like to lay in the sun so the amount of shade the pool gets from the tree is a negative for me but my husband liked it!

We really enjoyed the location and we rented a golf cart to enjoy and I would definitely recommend that!
All in all the home was nice and the location was great (first time not being ocean front and didn’t really mind) honestly the walk to the beach was just as quick as getting on an elevator and walking through everything at the condos!

In the many condos and units we have stayed in throughout the years, this was by far, the best. It was a last minute booking and the owners were kind enough to allow us to stay four nights instead of the entire week. The unit was immaculately clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and the view was breathtaking. We will definitely try to book this unit every time we visit. Aleshia at Garden City Realty went above and beyond to help us.

We stayed from July 13 -20, 2019. The house is beautiful, clean and a perfect location. The beach was very accessible. Access to the beach would be easier if the boardwalk extended over the dunes like other properties in the area. Definitely would be easier for handicap people. There was a minor repair required in the Jack and Jill bathroom and the trash was not picked up from the previous week. One call to the Management company and both items were handled immediately. The grandchildren really enjoyed the swimming pool. Kitchen appliances were very good and the kitchen was well equipped.

Had my daughter and family there in July for a wonderful week right on the beach. The view from this sixth floor corner condo is beautiful, and then you can look down on the wonderful large swimming pool. We all loved it.
