The room could use a little update but over al it was good. The blinds need to be fix. The biggest problem was the parking. I had a tahoe and it was real hard to park and get turn around. Over all we loved it.

The kitchen was beautiful!! It was well stocked with appliances and cookware and completely updated. Unfortunately, there were a few minor things - that didn’t effect our stay - that need attention : the vertical blinds in the front room and the master bedroom, were missing about 1/3 of the panels - they were “stored” in crazy places all over the unit, sort of like an Easter egg hunt - found them hanging from various clothes rods, under the couch and under every single bed. My husband tried to rehang the ones in the bedroom - but they kept falling. One of the drawer fronts was completely missing from the master bathroom vanity. The door to the safe was on top of the safe - we didn’t need it, so it wasn’t a big deal. There was also a funky mildewy smell in that closet and the carpet was damp. The furnace filter looked like it hasn’t been changed in a super long time. I couldn’t rave enough about the beds!!!! They were super comfortable!! All in all, it was a great condo - I fell in love with the reclining chair in the living room - googled it to get one for my own home.

The house was exactly as advertised. Lots of room to spread out, close to the beach, and the pool was great! Both porches offered good views of the ocean. The realty company was fantastic and the place was totally clean on our arrival.

My husband and I stayed a few nights with our 2 boys. Our 2 y/o slept in a pack n play we brought with us. My 9 year old sleepy on the pull out couch. I laid on the pull out with him to watch TV and you could feel the bar right in your back but he didn't have any complaints. The king bed was fine for me. We didn't use the kitchen much since we were only there a few days. It had the essentials and a trash compactor, though we didn't use it. We enjoyed that the balcony had a small dinette table where we could eat. That's hard to find in the smaller condos. The condo was clean. We loved that there was a door separating the bedroom from the main living area and the half bath was in the main living area side. It gave the feel of privacy even in such a small shared space. The owners are the original owners which was cool. We love Surf Master and have stayed in several until. We love the location and the pools.

We loved Rucker Cottage! Quiet little corner of the street. Clean upon arrival and had no real issues during our stay. Pool night light was out but fixed within a couple of hours after we called the next day. It was perfect for our group of 12. Comfortable beds and plenty of space when everyone was moving about the house at one time. Took about 30 seconds to walk to the beach access. The inlet view from the big screen porch was beautiful every morning/evening and a favorite hang out for everyone. Pool was a big plus with the teenagers this year. Separate outside entrance to the downstairs bedrooms was really nice. I would recommend adding a baby gate for the staircase in case renters have little ones. The dishwasher and refrigerator could use an update and the pots and pans are quite worn, BUT clean and usable for what we needed. We will definitely consider this property in the future! After years of rentals with GC, this has been our favorite!

We had a wonderful week at Grammie’s Playhouse. The property was clean and comfortable! The only issue we had all week was the lawn service blew grass clippings into the pool and left. We scooped them out ourselves as best we could. Otherwise, a perfect week!

Great time, good value and plenty for kids to do. Add terrific restaurants and golf and I love Surfside Beach.

we had a wonderful visit to myrtle beach and stayed again in the Mariposa. we have stayed there maybe 7 times. we rented a different beach house the past 2 years, so we were happy to see that the house had been given a few updates. the kingsized bed in downstairs room was tremendously appreciated (since the old uncomfortable bed was the reason we stopped renting this house for 2 years). the new living room furniture was very nice! a few things to make our stay better? wine glasses, a hammock (oh, how we missed the hammock this year!) and king beds in the other rooms. then it would be the perfect vacation rental!

We had a couple different families that joined us on this vacation and it worked out so well with the layout of this home. The different levels added the privacy needed for each family. The house was clean and comfortable and plenty of hot water for all the showers. The only two issues that we had were that the kitchen seemed to not have very much in the way of pots an pans for cooking at home for that large of a crowd. The other issue was that the pool was constantly dirty from the landscaping and tree debris going into the pool. Didn't like having to clean the pool every time we got in it. However we did enjoy the pool.

Condo was nice. We have been staying at beach house for many years and love the ocean view very much. The only thing I would like to see changed is Garden City Reality. I has to wait in line way to long for my key. Also my kid cut his foot on the city walk way to the beach. A nail sticking up. I called Garden City Reality and they said sorry its the citys problem and it took the city almost an entire week to fix it. This was unacceptable as my son was not the only one to be cut by this screw. Im expecting you will fix both problems. Look its a really nice place and we will be back.
