Surfmaster unit 305 in my opinion is the best rental unit. Located on the third floor with perfect ocean views. Also convenient enough to be able to shout down the pool to the family when lunch is ready! The upgrades were a huge bonus. Three new beds made all the difference. Finally a king bed in the master bedroom- huge bonus!! This unit is not only comfortable, but charming and equipped with all the necessities you need to get through your week. Truly is home away from home. Thanks unit 305!

We rented the Flip Flop Inn for a family vacation and my sons graduation from Coastal Carolina. We rented three places in the area for my family of 20. The location was fantastic. The home had everything we needed and more.
I would happily stay here again.

Great beach-front condo with heated pool and assigned parking. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything from a portable playpen to board games. Also, the condo unit has a "Borrower's Corner" with beach chairs, sand shovels, and boogie-boards.

This house was perfect for our family of ten and we even had room for overnight guests. The location was perfect and the home was beautifully decorated. Everyone was satisfied with the cleanliness of the entire unit. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for food prep. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable week. We needed a pool for two youngsters and the community pool was perfect. We would rent this house again with no reservation. A number of our folks went deep sea fishing and the
Marlin Quay was close. The Arcade, water park,and putt
putt golf were conveneiently located

Mother Nature smiled down upon us and gave us the most perfect July week ever! Beautiful sunrise to unseasonably cooler breezy mornings and she ended the day the same way. The unit was just as lovely. It appeared to have been recently updated, and if it wasn’t, it has been very well cared for. All The furnishings were great, and if I could have taken the mattress home with me, I would have! The kitchen provided over and above what is expected, and we truly appreciated that.
Thank you for such a wonderful stay, and we are looking forward to revisiting this unit again!

This was a wonderful family vacation. The house was BEAUTIFUL and we easily accommodated 13 people. The kitchen was stocked perfectly and having 3 refrigerators was great, especially since several family members have dietary restrictions! We hope to stay here again in two years.

We stayed at the Pooh House many years ago with our young children. We all returned for our 25 th wedding anniversary. We loved the addition of the pool with the shallow side for our grandson. It was very enjoyable. Everything was very nice except the stains on the carpet, which is probably because they allow pets and lack of usable cookware. We of course didn’t let that bother us or slow us down. The weather was perfect!

This unit is spacious with comfortable furnishings overall. A bathroom that was dirty when we arrived was quickly cleaned by the rental company. Wish this unit had a dishwasher and a new mattress in the green bedroom. Lovely view and super-clean grounds and pool. Very quiet and private here.

This unit did not disappoint! As pictured, everything from the furnishings to appliances to finishes were modern and up to date! The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials.The view was amazing from the 11th floor. Having a balcony off the master allowed waking to a beautiful sunrise. The only thing that would have made this unit better would be to have two twins instead of the full bed in the second bedroom. But for another single person or couple or children that sleep well together, it is perfect. We can't wait to return next year!

Loved the porch and rocking chairs. That was my favorite place at night and in the morning. The living room was not real comfortable with the wicker furniture. All beds were good. The upper bedroom with just one bed should have at least a single bed also for children
