Stayed here in 2016, and any issues we had then have been fixed and or updated. The kitchen was upgraded and well stocked, better sinks in all bedrooms , new decks, pool area upgraded. Great house, great vacation!

Looked exactly as shown in photos. Everything was clean and we had no problems during our stay. Next time we go to Myrtle Beach and need a 2 bedroom, I will try and stay in 504.

Condo was nicely laid out but there were a few things that should be addressed. having a album sitting out stating that none of the furniture should be moved and photos with each room laid made me feel like I really shouldn't be there. Closet in bedroom so jammed packed with stuff you were unable to use it. Door on to balcony sticks very bad and there should be some type of rug to wipe feet, because there was a large water puddle on the balcony so it was tricky getting in and out. When we arrived we were told that the condo was being cleaned and then would need to be inspected after several hours we were told they just finished the inspection and were given our keys arriving to our room house keeping was just leaving. We had arrived at 1:15 we did not get our keys until 4:15. Maybe if there was a waiting area or changing area where out of towns guest could change and use pool or the beach they would not feel frustrated

We got this rental because we had rented another house and there was a problem with the rental so garden city recommended this house . The house was great just wished it was closer to the pier really a great rental garden city worked great with us to make a vacation we would remember Brad from the reality office was great he could not have done anymore than what he did to find us another rental all worked out and we had a great week. This rental is as described. It is in really good condition for it's age. The location near the pier is great for the fisherman and for nitelife! I will note that there are fireworks every night - and these can be loud and a little late ;) We are a family of 6 and had enough room to move around. The kitchen is well stocked. I love that the owners called to check in. We had one issue with the Wifi and Garden City Realty and the owners were right on it!! This was a quick drive to Myrtle Beach and all the excitement there. We also had a great dinner in Murrel's Inlet at the Inlet Crab House!! We enjoyed the gentle sloping beach and the early morning sunrise walks as well.

The condo was great to stay for the price. Great view and location. Added bonus with the washer/dryer and know for next time to pack less clothing. Overall stay was fantastic. Only downside was that the room was not ready at 4pm.

We have stayed in this room for several years at 709 we have enjoyed our visit there and intend to go back in the future the new owners have updated the room with new furniture and new owner is putting in some new small appliances. We like having the umbrellas and the linen package included that vacationers like.
