The condo was very nice. Everything was just as the description. The only issue we had was the pool. Now granted we came down the day after they evacuation ban was lifted due to Dorian. I realize they had to order a part for the pool so it was going to be a few days to be readh but there was so much sand on the walkway that when coming from the beach it did no good to wash your feet. I feel as of they could have at least cleaned the sand up. Other than that minor thing we had a very enjouable3and relaxing vacation.

First full family vacation in years, and the house suited us all quite well! Most popular spots were the beach, the porches, and the family room. We have already signed up for next year!

We love Garden City in Sept but unfortunately we had to evacuate after one night. Travel insurance is a must. One Ocean Place is a great place to stay on the beach with easy access & fabulous oceanfront views.

Because of Hurricane Dorian, Garden City Realty had to give us other choices about our week of lodging. My husband and I chose A Place at the Beach 3F, and what a superb choice it was!

The condo seemed to have been freshly done, and the oceanfront view made it that much more spectacular!

Garden City Realty was quite accommodating since we had packed sheets to fit the bed at the other place we were supposed to stay at no extra charge.

SurfMaster 504 looked just like the pictures. There was plenty of room for our group of 6. Booking staff was helpful and friendly. When we got there however, we only had one parking pass. We needed two. The office staff couldn’t do much about it but they were able to resolve the issue with a little creativity.
