This was the second time I and 4 of my friends stayed in Number 613, south tower. It is a very good location with lots of privacy on the balcony. This space was really nice last time, but even better this time, with nice furnishings on the balcony containing a table and 4 chairs and a separate seating area. I loved the 2 king beds and the double and twin in the third bedroom and the three bathrooms. It was a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and new flooring had been placed therein. The owners had very tasteful decor. We loved our stay.

We love the location of this property and the fact that it is only 3 stories. The condo was nice but could use some updating. some of the outlets were loose, and could use some attention.

Check in quick. Friendly service.
We rented linens and there were some spots on sheets. A couple that should have been retired. Went to put sheets on king size bed and there was a dead fly under the quilt.
But condo nice, easy in and out. Would go back definitely

This was our third year staying at Marlin Quay 104. We especially enjoy the view off the balcony. This time, they replaced the TV in the bedroom with the two beds. We have already booked for next year.

Condo 509 is very nice. Everything is there that you need. The only thing is that the living room furniture is uncomfortable. Large divots from wear.

I went the week after Labor Day which was also the week after Hurricane Dorian. First and foremost the communication the prior week was phenomenal. I received updated emails about what was going on and what the plans were. The night before we were supposed to check in I received a personal phone call to let me know that the condo passed their inspection and we could proceed to check in. Once we checked in everyone was extremely helpful and the check in process was quick and easy. Our condo was very clean and even received a small welcome gift! We enjoyed our entire week long vacation because it was family friendly, well maintained, and quiet. The landscaping had been cleaned there wasn’t any debris in the pool and the other guests and residents were so nice! Check out was super easy as well, all I had to do was drop my keys off in the box and go on my way! I would love to use Garden City Realty for our future vacations!
