The property was clean and looked just like the photos. There was plenty of space for our family so we were not on top of each other. Everything we needed was within a 5-10 min drive. The views in this condo are incredible. The balcony was my favorite and spent every morning and night listening to the waves crashing on shore. You will not be disappointed. We will be looking to stay here again in the future.

The unit was spacious, well stocked and up kept. The very best part was the view. We spent most of our stay outside on the expansive veranda. However... we had to evacuate. This would more than likely be our last week long vacation for Labor day because our child will start kindergarten next year so having to leave was way more depressing than you might think. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone considering it.

The unit was very nice with the exception of the very small shower in the second bedroom. The view was great. There is no ramp to the beach which made it very hard for our handicapped guest. That is something the HOA needs to address with no excuses.

We began staying at Surf Master when our kids were kids. Now we are vacationing here with our grandkids! We have always enjoyed our stays here. We really like Garden City Beach. This condo, #511, was nicely appointed to meet all of our needs. The property description was accurate and it was clean and in good shape.
The vacation rental management staff helpful was helpful with my calls and notifications. The only complaint is that blackout curtains are needed in the second bedroom because of the light coming in from an outside light made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, our vacation was perfect! We will definitely stay here again! We highly recommend this property to family and friends.

We had a great stay at the property and the location was great, too. We arrived 6 hrs early and the unit was available to us. The staff at the rental office was great. The unit was location a short walk to our favorite restaurant The Conch Café :). The unit itself could use a few updated items, but we would stay there again.

We loved this condo! It was perfect for our girl's trip. Hope to stay here again. We had some issues getting the correct parking pass and had to make several trips back to the agency but overall, this was a great experience!
