Great beachfront condo with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and in good condition. Only complaint is the parking situation. Upon arrival (it was dark outside), we were unsure where to park (didn't know if there were designated spots or not) - it would be helpful to include that in the directions provided for the property. The parking is "tight", and the lot was full most of the time we were there, so that is the only complaint we had. The elevator and steps weren't super easy to locate in the dark upon arrival, but we figured it out.

Hello Sunshine was a great house for our week at the beach! The setup was perfect for our large group with multiple families and kids. We loved how close to the ocean it is and the ability to go back and forth between the beach and the pool. Tons of living space, outdoor seating, a fully stocked kitchen, and very clean. Would highly recommend!

This house is in a great location, second row with decent ocean view, close enough to walk to pier and Sam’s Corner, far enough away that it’s pretty quiet. Also right down from public beach access.

This is the fifth year we have rented this house. There was 10 of us on this vacation. House was clean. The pool was dirty, and did not get cleaned while we were there. But other than that, it was a good.

We had an amazing family week at Sea Grass! Garden City Realty made it so easy to check in and out! We were sent all the information needed before we needed it! The house and the pool were very clean and just what we needed. The trash wasn’t taken away before we arrived and the trash cans had a terrible odor. We called to report it and a maintenance worker came immediately to take care of the problem! I highly recommend Sea Grass AND Garden City Realty! We had an amazing week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and location was perfect for our family. The house has been updated.
They only draw back was no lighting under the house, very limited seating inside which made it hard for all of us to gather and hang out together and the plugs were outdated so hard to plug in some items.

Kenbridge

While we enjoyed our stay, the balcony seating could use an update as it was very worn and uncomfortable. The floors were not very clean, within minutes of arriving my son’s feet were visibly dirty. There was a little bit of trash left in the bedroom garbage and my son found crackers in the floor. The master bedroom blind was in the floor when we arrived so not a lot of privacy.

I highly recommend renting with Garden City Realty!

This was our second year renting with Garden City Realty, and we had another wonderful experience. They have the best selection of rentals, with something for everyone and every budget! I love getting the rental catalog in the mail to see what is new and available, and to be able to compare units. They were prompt, courteous and helpful with securing my deposit and setting up the agreement and remaining payments. And as our vacation got closer, the booking website with all the rental information is wonderful. Check-in is always a breeze, and the unit was clean and ready as promised, with the linen packages. The beach equipment rental was such a a nice bonus and waiting for us upon arrival. The office also checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok, and check out was also a breeze. I highly recommend renting with Garden City Realty!

Glad Tidings has everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. Private dock on the inlet for the fisherman in the group and a private pool in the backyard for lots of cooling off and a beautiful you might as well say private beach just across the street. This makes our 6th stay at Glad Tidings and we will be back! We have stayed in other homes and none measure up to the overall package that Glad Tidings presents...she has become our home away from home.

Great place we've stayed in this building for over 10 years now we know the area great we love the people and we love Sarah J's restraunt it's been our favorite place sense the first time we ate there I highly recommend it we loved our stay again in July and we will hopefully get to go back again
