We loved our stay at Better Twin. The house was fully stocked for all our needs. Beds were comfy. We love staying in surfside with it's quiet neighborhoods. The neighbors live all year round and were very nice. And I can't say enough how nice the family was that owned the home. We really hope to come back next February. And Garden City Realty is the best company to work with, thanks Robin!

We loved the condo it was very clean and had everything the only downfall is the location to the high rises and public beach access right beside it was hard to park and not much room on the beach because of all the chairs and umbrella put out by the city.

Great House and a Great Location. Right across from beach access with a ramp, not steps. The Kitchen is well stocked with all necessary utensils. House was clean but not excellent. I would highly recommend the house to friends and we will probably be back as well. Thanks for a great week.

Planning to return next year

Enjoyed staying at Rusty Pelican. This was the third year. Children and Grandchildren enjoyed the pool and ready access to the beach very much. The house was comfortable for our family of nine. Planning to return next year.

Property was not available until 4:30PM. Late entry for one of the most expensive units is unacceptable. Then there were 3 huge trash bags of dirty linens left outside our door. When reported on Monday two were removed but one was left throughout the week. This. Is not the standard for Garden City Realty.

We were well pleased with the house. Yes it is older but very sturdy. The wind didn’t bother us as the tropical storm came on to land. The air worked well.
