Garden City was phenomenal to work with, and the condo we stayed at—Sea Watch VII—was exceptional! It’s located right on the beach; just walk down the stairs and you’re there! The condo had everything we needed, whether we wanted to cook a family dinner or simply enjoy a quiet morning sipping coffee on the balcony. I highly recommend it!

Clean place. Close to the beach. You will lose your ocean view as the tree/bush across the street grows taller. Beach is too crowded if slow paced is your style. Master bed is my only real thumbs down.

Overall our stay was fine. This was our 2nd time renting this condo. The space is clean and cozy but the mattresses could be updated. They are not comfortable. Also the carpet needs to be cleaned. The security code situation gets quite annoying, especially if you have your hands full. That could be a little easier

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Waters Edge Resort. I did have issues with the door lock not opening. The first time maintenance was dispatched and got the door open and said it was repaired. The following day I got locked out again and they replaced the lock. The master bedroom did not cool as well as the rest of the unit, making it a little uncomfortable at night. Elevators were always busy and had to wait sometimes.

Peachy Keen-positives: updated interior, 7 BR each with private bath was fantastic, plus a 1/2 Ba. Pool- nice size. Dining room table was incredible! Nice to have “game” table too. Improvements: Add a LR couch, Add table and chairs and more lounges by pool, update bedding and decorate this house! Pool wasn’t clear from start and ice maker never worked. Had to call multiple times and never did get ice maker going. Need more kitchen serving bowls, silverware, cooking basics.

4 summers ago we started vacationing out side of Ocean Lakes and this summer we found our new favorite! Clean, plenty of room for the 9 of us and very short walk to the beach. The pool and fenced in yard are amazing! Maybe bring your own can opener because we couldn't find one. LOL Have already booked for 2026!

Wonderful family vacation! Beautiful home, great location. Layout of home, number of bedrooms with a bathroom for each was a plus. Best part was being able to bring our dog! Really hated to leave & would definitely book this home again.
