I was afraid to stay in this home because it was dog friendly. This is the first time I brought my dog to the beach and was a little worried about other dogs being in the unit. It was extremely clean; no signs of dogs ever being there; and my dog didn't seem to notice any order from other dogs!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and informative people. We loved the condo rental location. Who could ask for anything better than an ocean view, hearing the waves crashing, and watching the sunrise each morning?

The rental property was wonderful....location was great!!!!! Had to evacuate after one night so we didn't get to enjoy....I was very surprised to not find a decent frying pan...the ones in the house I would not use to feed my dogs...went to Wal-Mart to buy a frying pan.

We loved staying on the beach, just a quick walk on our private boardwalk. The house kitchen is fully stocked with tableware and implements and appliances.The house is bigger than the photos, great for a family.

Very nice. You have direct access to the beach which is great for those with young children so you don't have to cross the road. You have a great view of the beach although your not directly ocean front.

The Flip Flop Inn is a fun place to stay. The amenities and style of decorating are awesome. Unfortunately, Dorian cut our stay to two nights yet we WILL definitely rent Flip Flop Inn again!

So thankful for Pam at Garden City Realty. She was so kind and helpful in getting us a place on very short notice. It was a very sad time for our family to be back down as my father-in law passed unexpectedly. Pam was right there to get thing taken care of and make sure everything was in order when we arrived. She went above and beyond to make things easier for us. Property was very clean, quiet and cozy.

We were very pleased with the condo - unit 602. It was decorated well, clean, alot of upgrades. The only suggestion is that the balcony on the furniture could be updated. Only 3 chairs provided and a table that were white plastic. We noticed other units that had very nice furniture on their balconies.
