We enjoyed this house very much. It was very comfortable. We loved being so close to the pier, we would walk and listen to the bands at night. The house was stocked with everything to the kitchen, books,games, tv in every room. We had 8 ladies, all family.The only complaint is there are no heavy umbrella stand on the porch overlooking the beach. We brought our umbrellas.
We will definitely stay here again.
Also Pam at Garden City Realty was awesome!

Wonderful place to stay. However the furniture on the porch needs to be bistro type. The table and chairs there now only allow view of the railing. You have to strain to look over it while sitting. But overall I love this place. Been staying here for 3 years

We enjoyed our fabulous view.The room was clean and decorated very cute. It was a great location. It was a little warmer than my A/C at home, I would recommend the owners keep some floor fans there to help circulate some air. Other than that it was good.

We absolutely loved this house! Room for our entire family. Our Grandson thought he had walked into a toy store when he saw all the toys in the house. Kept him entertained all week! The ladies also enjoyed the enormous selection of puzzles!! Loved the sun rooms on both beach side and street side. The family just enjoyed being able to spread out and not feel like they were sitting on top of each other! The private walkway to the beach was awesome! Didn't have to drag chairs, umbrellas and toys all the way to the house all week! Our grandson also thought it was a treat to take an outside shower!! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the conveniences of home! Overall had a wonderful time!!

Surfmaster was undergoing renovation during our stay which we were made aware of prior to our vacation. The property was clean and well kept. My only complaint is with the unit itself. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets so I had to wash Everything Prior to use. The carpet was stained extremely bad. I’m surprised the owners have not replaced. The temperature dryer setting was taped to one degree so I couldn’t adjust to the setting I wanted. I’ve stayed in other units in the past that have been in better condition than this one.
