My sister and I took our parents for their 60th wedding anniversary and we all had a great time. Clean,great balcony and close to the pier. The weather was beautiful and we will be back!

We’ve always stayed in a condo and this was the first time staying in a home. There is no going back! This home was well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable (the twins beds were not quite as comfortable), The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. It was bike week, so it was a little noisy but we expected that. The kitchen could have been better organized but had everything we needed.

From my first contact to make reservations thru check-in everything ran smoothly. The clerks all had such a friendly personality, it made you feel very welcomed.
The condo was very impressive, nice selection of furniture and extremely clean. We especially enjoyed
the recliners and their arrangements, as my husband
was not able to go to the beach, but really liked
being able to recline and see the beach and hear the
surf. Also, the "goody bag" was well received with the extra paper towels, toilet paper & beach ball.
If we are able to visit again we would want to get
this unit.

The unit is quite nice and furnished beautifully. The one negative thing I will say is that this unit is not as clean as the other units we have stayed in. I clean for a living so I do notice everything. Attention in master bath tile around floor I dusted myself because it had not been done for a while. And sliders in main space were a mess. I think they tried to clean but whatever they used did nothing but smear in one BIG circle. I went out and bought window cleaner and did it myself.I think owners need to know about cleaning service.

We really enjoyed this vacation home - right on the beach, spacious with 5 bedrooms and plenty of room to socialize, cook ... just a great house! Garden City Realty did a great job handling our late arrival and were friendly and professional. Overall, a very satisfying vacation experience.

Lovely house, it is a little older but was very clean. Loved the parking area, palm trees and bushes out front. Beds were extremely comfortable and most of our time was spent on the front porch when not at the beach or on the bikes. Would highly recommend for a second row choice.

Garden City Realty was wonderful to deal with. The condo was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The only recommendation I have is to invest in new mattresses for all of the beds. It was very clean, and having the beds made when we arrived was a huge plus!!!!

We have rented this unit before. It has a nice beach decor. They have added a very nice table for outdoor dining, and a lounge chair too. The Conch Cafe is right next door. It's a fun place to eat and drink. Garden City is the perfect place for our family.

We found several roaches in kitchen.
House needs a thorough cleaning. Not real dirty but needs dusting. Elevator has mold. Trash not picked up on Thursday as stated.
