Great Condo

The condo we stay in is just so very nice and the furnishings are great. We had trouble getting our mail and Mary Black helped us find it and then called us to say it was here. Thank you, Mary.

We love to stay at A Place at the Beach II. The unit we stayed in this year is probably the nicest we have rented at this property. It had everything we required for an enjoyable vacation. The customer service from Garden City Realty was exceptional.

We enjoyed our stay at Lindo mar. Great view. Very clean. Terrific bathrooms. Only a few suggestions:

Should consider some new appliances in kitchen.
Should consider a new mattress on queen beds.
A grill perhaps on the carport level would have been super nice. Everyone grilling around us made it more obvious we did not have one and it would have been great to cook hamburgers and hot dogs on.
During a rainstorm on first night there were very loud banging noises in the back two bedroom closets. Seemed a closet attic flap. Extremely loud and went on for hours.

Spent two weeks in October 2019 and we were very satisfied with the unit. The property is nicely furnished and extremely well stocked with all the accessories you'll ever need. The unit is relatively clean and we love the location. Will definitely stay here again.

Have stayed at Summer Breeze a few times before. It is always clean, well kept and maintained. Wifi a little slow at times, table too large for patio. Would benefit more by having about 4 rocking chairs instead..

Always good to be oceanfront. Enjoyed several wonderful restaurants, excellent customer service from Garden City Realty. I would not recommend for 14 people unless they are Very close. Bathrooms are extremely small.

The condo is beautiful, and very comfortable. The view is absolutely awesome! You can enjoy it from inside the condo, or relax on the patio with a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine, and enjoy the view as well as the ocean breeze and sounds of the gulls and waves. The condo was as described, very comfortable and attractively decorated. We enjoyed celebrating my husband's birthday, as well as just relaxing.
