First time at Dancing Dolphins. Overall property was in good shape and location to beach access was great. Property was once a smaller unit and bottom floor was renovated to add more bedrooms. Only negative with renovation was no inside stairs to connect two floors. Laundry room has new washer and dryer but needs some new electrical to make it better. We would stay again. A couple of minor issues but Garden City Realty did a great job to resolve immediately.

We just enjoyed our sixth year at this home. It is perfect for our family. So kid-friendly and right on the beach! Our grandchildren talk about the beach house all year anticipating another year of fun in the future. It is clean and every year an update has occurred. We love it!looking forward to next year already! (we did have an issue, but it is no one’s fault and is being taken care of)

The condo was in a great location! The premises were clean and the unit was well stocked with cooking utensils! The views from the balcony were gorgeous for sunrises! We have stayed in this particular condo the last 3 years and we're booked for the same week next year! The access to the beach is so handy for everyone! We love Garden City Beach, SC

The Sanderling was a great house and our expectations were beyond what we imagined. The openness of the dining and living spaces made the house a lot brighter than the pictures show online. And the amazing covered back porch and new deck and stairs made our stay even better. Excellent location, too. Much quieter with less people and crowding. Very clean and well organized.

Easy online info...Easy check in/check out process..The house could use some maintenance...Front and rear entry doors were a bear to open and close...Really liked the keyless feature and especially for check in and check out...HVAC was great....Plenty outdoor chairs..Kitchen could use a little updating...outside showers need maintenance big time...No hose to rinse off sand...plumbing fixtures either don’t work or very little water comes out...

Other than some initial frustration with getting the entry code straightened out, we had a great week at Beachside Windy Hill. This is why the check in got a 4star and not a 5star. Thankfully, the second person I talked to got the matter straightened out quickly. This is the second time we've stayed at the house. It is exactly what I like in a beach house...nothing overly fancy or overdone. Clean and "beachy". The public beach path is right across the street, and the private pool is the icing on the cake. My only suggestion for the owner/rental company is to have an electric leaf blower or something to keep the sand out of the lower sitting area so it doesn't get tracked around too much. The family is already planning a return trip next year.

We have stayed in this unit for 3 years. We love the area, and the condo is large and well stocked. The flooring and appliances are nice too. We do wish the furniture and decor were updated and the beds more comfortable. Our family members stayed in another MQ unit that was $400 less expensive but more updated. We also couldn't get into the unit until after 4:30pm due to cleaning delays. That said, we had a great trip!

Great place, large pool. Kitchen could use some more cooking pots pans etc, but overall great place. I would stay there again!

Gambler's Retreat is ideal for our family with a spacious living area, connected to a covered screened-in deck on one end and a sunroom on the other. Pool area is fantastic for children under 5 years old. Across the street beach is wide and spacious due to the limited homes of this penisula south of Garden City pier,

The Salty Dog just gets better each year. The owner is doing a lovely job enhancing the property and our family of 12 could not be happier with our stay. Kudos to the owner and a BIG THANK YOU for allowing us to use your home for a week!

Really solid beach house. Not too far from Atlantic Ave so you have quick access to any excursions off the beach and the public beach access is a straight shot probably 100 yards away. Decent views of the inlet side from the balcony and the pool was the perfect size. All the cooking utensils you need and we used the gas grill out back. I would say the interior is a little better than the pictures indicate. The internet is a little spotty and slow (but adequate) and I believe they’re going to make some changes there based on convo w/maintenance. I would come back next year if given a slightly better rate for being a repeat guest. We had a great time!

The property was very clean and well stocked for our stay. Customer service was top rated. The whole week was one to remember and we will definitely return.
