Stayed for the month of February 2020 and it's the second time we've rented the property. It's a great condo in a perfect location. Lot's of space and all the amenities you need. But it's getting due for an update. Needs paint, carpet, tile, furniture. Everything is comfortable and functional, but just getting a bit worn and dated. Still probably better than the majority of rental properties.

Great location! The view from this first floor condo was fantastic. Off season so very quiet and peaceful. Only short distance from markets, pharmacies and many restaurants. Kitchen well stocked with anything you need to make your favorite meal.

Excellent , would especially like to recognize Kerry (sp) from maintenance. Our TV in the main living area was not working. He went above and beyond first trouble shooting the situation (made two trips to Spectrum himself) then ultimately meeting Spectrum at the unit making sure the issue was taken care of.

This is a beautiful condo, very clean. Large balcony to enjoy the view. The coffee maker needs to be replaced as it did not work properly. At checkin, Jackie was very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our weekend.
