The view from our oceanfront balcony was stunning, as always.

We rented a three-bedroom condo at the Surf Master for three nights over the New Year's holiday through Garden City Realty. We had stayed at the Surf master some years ago and were pleasantly surprised at how nicely the condo's kitchen, living room, and bedrooms had been updated. 

We had issues with the TV in the living room during our stay and the heat. Maintenance responded promptly, and we received some compensation for the trouble. Garden City Realty handled everything well.

We enjoyed our stay, and we'll be back!

Seafari Sands was a very nice rental that met all our expectations. Very clean and tastefully furnished. Convenient to beach and other local attractions>

Quick and easy to book, and loved the photos on the website were up to date. We don’t like not knowing what we are paying for. The view off the master balcony, was perfect. So nice watching the boats come and go from the inlet. The sun in the afternoon was warm and toasty. The condo size was perfect and the location was quiet. We would definitely look at staying in the condo again.

Flip Flop is a great place to stay located directly across the street from beach. This is house was very clean, had everything we needed as far as accommodations, and was decorated so very nicely.

We traveled over the holidays to visit family in the area. With three teenage boys and two dogs, we sorta require our own space. Pause at the Pier was perfect! Clean-an ABSOLUTE MUST for me! Close enough to the beach that we walked over twice a day-in December! And just big enough that my family could come over to hang out before or after a meal out at one of the numerous restaurants near by. I cannot recommend this property-or Garden City Reality-enough. Our mini-vacation was simply perfect.

We very much enjoyed our stay there. It was peaceful and very convenient to the beach. The back porch and the marsh were very nice as well. The only suggestions I would make would be to have full curtains in the bedrooms to sleep late.
