I loved that we could put our EZup canopy on the beach and be protected from the sun. I loved that fireworks was set off every night outside our window. It was beautiful and fun to watch and hear all the ooohs and ahhhs! The kitchen was well stocked with a great mixer! When I asked if a blender is part of the rental agreement. It was delivered within the hr.!! Fantastic customer service.

We have rented through Garden City Realty for the last four years.

Having worked in customer service for 40 years, I can tell you that Lauren and the GCR team deliver a customer experience that is second to none.

We have vacationed in Surfside Beach and Murrells Inlet for the past 3 Winters. Last Fall, we began working with Lauren Keith at Garden City Realty to find us a waterfront rental for February and March 2020. 

Since we began our search, she was always available and made it her priority to look at properties that meet our specific needs. After our arrival, she dispatched GCR staff, who immediately resolved the issues we reported. Since we arrived at Garden City Beach a month ago, Lauren has been in touch with us to find a larger unit that will be the perfect rental for next year. Wonderful experience - included golfing and day trips to Georgetown and Charleston - so worth it - beautiful cities. Weather was great - such a wonderful contrast to all of our snow and ice!!! Surfside Beach is always lovely and we enjoy our time south immensely!!
