Only one complaint: deck is evidently slanted down toward the condo so that when it rains water pools at the sliding door. We had to sweep water off the porch again and again just to be able to walk out on the deck.

Surf Master 204 is newly redone. Very nice finishes. Shower in master bath is great. It is handicap accessible. There was no place to hang clothes in the master bedroom but there is drawers and a closet with shelves. We enjoyed our stay there but would prefer a higher floor to get better views.

We rented Heaven Can Wait during Covid. We decided to social distance at the beach with our own private pool and hot tub and this place ended up being PERFECT! Seeing it was May the pool was heated and the whole family enjoyed many fun hours swimming. The beach is directly in front of your deck! You have the most perfect views of the Ocean while eating on the patio or sitting in the hot tub! The interior of the home was perfect. All bedrooms have a bathroom which is very helpful for large groups. We were only 9 people so the extra bedrooms were used as offices seeing all adults were still "working" while visiting. The home is towards the end of Murrells Inlet so you are not on the busy section of the beach. We can't wait to return to this wonderful beach home.

This was a first trip since the stay at home had been released. We had an amazing time. The condo was great. The location was perfect. The service from Garden City Realty could not have been more efficient. We will definitely be back.

This was our first time in Garden City and we were very pleased. South Wind #2 was perfect for our last minute get away. Very clean, location was great and the fenced yard for the dogs was awesome!! Definitely would recommend this rental to a family looking for a conveniently located rental.

We loved this beautiful home and the great views from every room. The kitchens were well equipped. We enjoyed all the outside gathering areas, especially the pool and the outdoor kitchen area. We appreciated the use of the kayak and the paddle boards. Thank you to the owners and Garden City Reality for making this a wonderful vacation and hope to stay again in the future!

Condo was nicely appointed with all the things one would need. Roomy and we’ll kid out. Good internet access. The building only has 8 unites so our pool was not overcrowded. Right on the beach. Large screened porch had nice rockers which we enjoyed. Down one easy flight of stairs to pool and beach. Quiet residential area with marsh on the other side of street but an easy walk to ice cream, a few restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.
