We were impressed at how clean this house was. While the water pressure in the jack n jill bath was horrible, we were happy with our stay. There was a problem with one of the door locks and Garden City Rentals came right away to get it fixed. The only really bad thing was the week went way too fast!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and larger than the ones we've stayed in previously. We were on the second floor and had a beautiful balcony with a super view. We will try to stay here on our next trip to Garden City.

Loved it. I stay at one ocean place condos every year. I enjoy the family oriented atmosphere. I don't have to worry about my 5 year old running around and the neighbors complaining. even got my parents staying there every year now.

This is a great house for families. I picked this house based on the amenities and location. It would have been nice to be advised of the changes from when the deposit was paid. I specifically picked this house based on location, having a pool, the pool table and having a grill. The pool table from the pictures was gone and there was no type of grill. I had to buy a charcoal grill as I love to cook on the grill.
I would recommend this house because it was clean and has a great location. I loved the back porch and the rocking chairs.
