The unit was fabulous. It was clean and had plenty of room and seating for our family of 7, including a toddler and an infant. We really appreciated being able to access the pool/beach from the balcony instead of having to go around the front of the building like most condos. We definitely recommend!

Brought my Mom who is 89 years old for our annual stay at the beach! We enjoyed staying at Sea Banks, condo # 302, it was very nice & we loved the screened in porch & view! Plan to come back again soon, since its the only place to get away with all this virus stuff going on. Nothing like a sunny vacation to enjoy GOD's beautiful gift of the beach & sunlight! Thanks!

Perfect for a families! Our kids absolutely loved the pool! The bedrooms are large and very comfortable! Loved that we could see the ocean from the decks! We will definitely stay here again! Very clean!

I cannot recommend Garden City Realty enough. They are customer-focused and go WAAAAY beyond to keep the customer happy. We've used them for many years and have never been disappointed. The air conditioning went out in one home and was fixed the same day. The internet died and it was fixed the same day.

We left behind large luggage in one of the rooms; they went to the house as it was being cleaned for the next renter, got the bags, and locked it up until we could get it.

This year (2020), Pam delivered exceptional customer service, keeping calm and kind as she worked to reschedule our family beach week. She's been working with tired, worried customers during COVID19 and handling it with grace and compassion.

Upon arrival we found that the condo was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of linens. The large balcony was my fav. Unfortunately the pools were closed due to Covid but the facilities were well maintained. This condo was perfect for my family of 6. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. We added an additional nights stay at the last minute. We will def consider staying here again

The house is in a great location near the Garden City pier and a $7 uber ride from the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk. The pictures are pretty spot on. There were no linens or towels in the whole house, I guess that is user error but I do not remember seeing an option while booking. Was kind of tough to find linens for a whole house at a last second notice.

Loved this condo! Location was great! It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The deck was nice and spacious! Beautiful ocean front view! Very short walk to the beach!

I was desperate to get to the beach and out of quarantine for awhile. My friend put me in touch with Mary Black at Garden City Realty. She immediately worked with me and my budget and I stayed in a perfect spot ocean front condo. Could not have been better. I will use them next time I’m heading to S.C. - they were great. Especially Mary and Chris- the maintenance man. Thank you

We had a wonderful time! After climbing the steps for ten days we are in much better shape.The parking could be better and getting in and out of the bed was a problem because the room was too small. However could not have asked for a better place. Enjoyed our view !!!

our vacation was right after COVID19 restrictions were lifted. It was definitely a different experience with no shopping or indoor dining at restaurants! We still had a great time!

I will definitely be using Garden City Realty for all my beach stays in the future! Very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable staff all the way around.

I had to unexpectedly cancel my family beach trip due to the pandemic. Per the cancellation policy, I would only receive a portion of my deposit as a refund. After working with one of Garden City Realty's managers, he was able to help me resolve this issue in a very timely manner. He was very professional and prompt, and I feel he was very sincere in his efforts to help me.

The location of 317 Beach House is perfect. No one above, no one behind, no one on right side and only 1/2 on left side. Quite. The stairs are doable. We like it well enough to rent for winter 2021. There are a few issues. The twin mattresses are miserable. The queen could be better. There is a musty smell in guest bedroom. I kept windows cracked. The guest closet was unusable with stuff stored. That's a bit of a problem for a 3 month stay. The location is perfect and the quite outweighs the issues. Cabinets were not cluttered and that helps for storage in tug he long term stays. I liked it well enough to rent for another winter.
