The property description was accurate. The rental home has well-appointed amenities and was spacious enough for ten guests, anymore than that would have been a little crowded. The ice maker at the wine/wet bar did not work (We aren't drinkers, so that was okay) and there were a few cosmetic issues with the exterior (Comes with age), but all-in-all a great place to stay.
The rental was clean and all the included linens were waiting when we arrived, although one set of king sheets included two fitted sheets, but the linen service brought a new set right over.
Check-in and checkout were simple.
It was an easy walk to the beach, but don't take a tent or canopy or the lifeguards will ascend on you like storm troopers (I guess drinking alcohol is okay, even though that the first no-no on the beach rules).
The rental was within a easy walk to either the Garden City or Surfside Beach piers and centrally located to many local attractions, including Market Common, Broadway at the Beach and a plethora of restaurants.
I would definitely recommend this property.

The house was very nice. It was clean and livable for the small amount of time we were there. Great location in reference to getting to the beach. There were a few problems. There were ants in the siding of the house.The ants came in the back door which is directly at the kitchen. So we had to throw out some food that they got into. There was not a grill in the property, and with COVID precautions in place, it was disappointing. Not many food places were open to seating, and if we ordered out, the food was cold by the time we got it to the house. So we went out and bought a tailgate charcoal grill so that we could have decent meals. Also, there was no plug in or electrical outlets downstairs for the golf cart. We had rented a golf cart and had to throw the cord on the front porch balcony just to charge it. Also if you have small children that can open doors, I would reccomend you bring door handle covers as the doors are very easy to open.

My family stays at Surf Master every year. This is the first time we’ve rented the 1 bedroom unit between the 2 and 3 bedroom units. We were going to need all three for the family coming this year. Unit 111 was perfect! Clean and ready. Gorgeous bathroom! Very comfy king bed. We are definitely looking at renting it again. Close to many restaurants and attractions.

I rented this house for a mother daughter trip to help my daughter get through a break up, we invited our yoga instructor and her aunt and cousins. ALL GIRLS. This house had EVERYTHING. I have never stayed in a better place. I have been renting in Garden city for 20 years. This place is LOADED. The Kitchen stuff, Outside grill Charcoal was even provided. I was respectful and made sure I replaced what we used. It made it really easy so I was not running the first day at the store. I could go at my leisure.

I’m super picky and this was very clean overall and location was good. Condo has been updated and is fine for a small family. A few things for owner to consider: the sofa needs to be professionally cleaned after this season as it looks a little dirty - tried to flip cushions but were dirtier on reverse side. Also need new mattresses (all 3 BR) - they make super loud popping sounds EVERY time you move which wakes other person. They don’t seem old but maybe not quality mattresses. Blackout lining/curtains in master would be nice to keep from wakIng up with the 6am sunrise on vacation!! It was sooo bright him there! Need a couple sheet type pans for kitchen as there was nothing to bake cookies or toast (only muffin tins). Overall we enjoyed it and would probably stay again.

This property was the greatest location. It is right on the beach and maintained very well. My family really enjoyed our time there. I would recommend Cloud 9 to anyone.
