This house is amazing! Garden City Realty was amazing in response time as well as working with us on our payment plan and questions about the COVID issues. Almost immediate response to any email sent. My one and only suggestion would be to update the kitchen appliances. It was the perfect house for us. We had an amazing week at Heaven Can Wait!! House was great. No issues. Pool was great for anyone of any age, but the kiddie pool was particularly nice for small children. Plenty of room for parking. My family and I would definatly stay here again.

We got this unit for a great price and when we got inside I was really impressed on how clean and nice it was. WIFI was not the greatest (I was trying to work remotely due to COVID) but the appliances were all clean and relatively new and worked perfect. If you are looking for a clean, affordable property, then come on in! Also, Garden Realty was VERY pleasurable to deal with, highly recommend.

My experience with Drew McElveen and Garden City Realty was wonderful. I had a situation due to my reservation and COVID-19. Drew was very understanding. He explained the contracts between the owner of the condo and the agreement with the renter. It helped me understand the reasons for adhering to contracts with both parties. He did a great job of bringing our situation to a conclusion suitable for everyone.

We had a great stay even through a pandemic. The complex wasn't busy at all. One problem was that the stove took 30 minutes to boil a small pot of water and the oven took 40 minutes to preheat to 375. With what looks like a newer microwave, I wish they would have also replaced the stove. It still worked so I didn't complain. People just need to know that if planning to cook a meal. Also, we had 4 guests and there are only 3 balcony chairs. We had to pull a beach chair outside. No big complaints. The condo was clean and ready when we arrived. We would stay again but avoid cooking and bring a larger camping chair for the balcony next time.

Our stay at Atalaya Towers was absolutely wonderful. Our condo was huge, very very nice. We would stay again in a heart beat!! I highly recommend, Garden City Realty. They were so helpful and very friendly!

This was our first stay at this location. The upstairs area was great and very roomy. The kitchen area had about anything you could ask for in the way of utensils, pots and pans, etc.. There wasn’t a griddle, which I always carry, for frying bacon and bologna. The bedrooms were plenty big and the beds were comfortable. The two bathrooms were very spacious and contained very nice shower units. There is no bathtub. The porches were great, complete with rocking chairs. The only two negatives I found , 1) There isn’t an enclosed shower (with hot water) downstairs. There was a spigot and cold shower to rinse off after coming from the beach. 2) There are 2 condos, of about 20 units ,on either side of the house which made the beach a little tight, especially this year with the pandemic going on. Other than that a very nice house.

We had stayed at Atalaya Towers years ago but in a different unit. We absolutely loved unit 703!! It had a lot of things that we would have had to go out and buy like soap and things such as that. That was a wonderful surprise! Thank you Garden City Realty!!! We had a wonderful experience!!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house location is perfect-it is on a canal and across the street from a beach access. There was a beach access across the street, so we would load our cooler and wagon and take the short walk across the street. The beach area was never crowded. In the evenings we would enjoy a cold beverage while sitting on the covered dock watching boats pass by in the canal. The swimming pool was an added bonus. We appreciated that it was cleaned a few times during our stay. The inside of the house has been updated and the kitchen has any tool or appliance you could possibly need. We received a very quick response with a small issue we had during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this home.
