The location was great. The layout of the house was perfect for our family vacation. We had to call maintenance 2 times because the refrigerator was leaking, and the disposal and dishwasher were was not working properly. Maintenance responded quickly and worked on those appliances.

Easy Tides was even better than we expected! We were looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway and that is exactly what we got. We are already looking forward to returning someday. The house is beautifully decorated and highly functional for couples or families. It was conveniently located with a very short walk to the beach. We had a golf cart delivered by Ajax Rentals and they picked it up at the end of our trip. We used it to zip all over town and to make carrying our beach gear a little easier. The outdoor shower was a very nice amenity. We had both indoor showers and the outdoor one going at the same time and never lost water pressure. There is plenty of parking as well. We were worried about our full size pickup truck being too tall but there was plenty of clearance for it. The rocking chair front porch is perfect for relaxing and reading a book. You can catch a good nap in the hammock as well. We didn't do much cooking but it looked like the kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need to prepare a meal. We enjoyed several area restaurants including Sara J's, Gulf Stream Café, River City Café, Sam's Corner, Paula Deen's, Crabby Mike's, Fat Jacks, and Pier 14. If you are looking for a very clean, conveniently located home for your next vacation, look no further than Easy Tides. Book it today, you will be glad you did!

Stayed for a short weekend. Condo was clean and updated, with a great view. We had a wonderful weekend here. If staying for longer than a weekend, I would recommend bringing extra supplies such as toilet paper, laundry detergent and dish soap as none of this was provided. Also, could use an updated iron.

The house and location are great! Unfortunately, My husband went down to our vehicle to bring a bag up that I had left and he forgot to lock the door back, I went back down maybe 2 hours later and someone had broken into the car and stole the gun out of the glove compartment. This was during the day. We reported it to the police, the gun was registered to us. That and the weather kind of put a damper on our week along with a man drown right near us on Friday, however all of this had nothing to do with the house - just a few lessons learned, never leave your car unlocked, don't swim when there is a riptide and make the best of bad weather! The house was great and has a beautiful view.

We’ve stayed in Myrtle beach several times but this had to be one of our favorite stays. Our condo had everything we needed in the kitchen & plenty of space for the 6 adults that stayed a week. The location is what makes this spot; right on the beach with little traffic from other tourists. We will be staying here again in the future.

The property description on website was accurate. The unit could stand an upgrade in regards to mattresses and pillows. The one big downfall was internet access. We didn't have internet access for 3 days, but I do appreciate Carey working diligently to get the problem resolved. All that being said, I would still recommend the property. Garden City Realty is always great to with. We visited Broadway at the Beach & ate at Bubba's Fish Shack & Russell's; both places serve delicious food with large portions.

Super easy, pain free, organized!! From the beginning of picking the condo, to filling out forms, to quick responses to my questions, communication throughout the process, to easy check in and check out! The condo was perfect!! Just like advertised! Clean and well stocked! Perfect!!!

The unit was at a great location and beautifully decorated. The only issues we had were that the floor had not been swept before we arrived (sand everywhere), the front door was hard to open and the building office was not open when we had a question (was to be open until 5:00, but was closed at approx 3:30).
