We had 4 adults (2 couples) and 5 children staying in the condo, so the 2 full beds in the back bedroom and the extra table in the living area were a big plus compared to other 3-bedroom condos in the area. There was also room in the kitchen for more than 1 person to work at a time.

This was our third time planning our vacation through Garden City Realty and, as always, we had a great experience. We arrived in Garden City early and received an email from GCR stating that our rental was ready for us! Everything was clean, the beds were made, and parking was available just outside our door. After a couple days we realized that there were issues with the stove and dryer. Our maintenance man arrived within minutes of our call and took care of the dryer immediately, then arranged for a repairman to service the stove the next day. Both were completely professional, cordial and took care of the issues quickly. GCR always makes things easy, and even with the healthcare issues this year they were completely ready to accommodate our needs. We can't wait to return!

The unit was clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach. We had hot coffee on the deck in the morning and cool drinks in the evening. Nearby neighbors set off fireworks each night, bonus!
