It was very good. Check-in and check-out were easy. Our unit was nice and clean. Linen service was good.
Appliances were in good/clean condition. Elevators were prompt and readily available. Even though we were on the 15th floor we only had to ride with others once or twice during the week. Fireworks were viewed nightly outside the balcony.
Balcony furniture should be upgraded. Clothes dryer vent lint collection needs to be rethought.

Condo is awesome. We had a wonderful week. Condo is wonderfully stock in the kitchen. Lots of updates. Very clean. The only negative was a basket of dirty towels in the laundry closet and the gate was not locked outside which let folks not staying there use the boardwalk to the beach. Took away from our privacy. We have stayed at this complex for 6 years and planned next summer yesterday. Great place to make family memories.

West Chester

The condo unit was very nice overall. We had some difficulty in getting 2 of the televisions to work, and had to contact the cable provider. Also, the keys were very difficult to work in the locks. The unit itself has everything, but many items do not match...could use some updating.

The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, and provided a very convenient location to the beach and canal.

This year we faced Covid19 and with Drew's help and the owner's generosity, we were able to change our rental from October of this year to October of 2021. We are more than grateful as we travel from the northeast.

Location, location, location! Murray’s Inlet Shack was perfect for our stay the first week in June, 2020. This house was incredibly stocked with fun things- including (but not limited to) ping pong, corn hole, crochet, easy access to the beach complete with a wagon for chairs and umbrella! So many special touches from owners. Beautifully decorated and comfortable!!

Very comfortable. I would definitely rent LazyO again. This house had everything we could have wanted or needed as we could not eat out because of the COVID. The private pool was a big plus and the beach provided more than adequate space for social distancing.

Our extended family visits Garden City Beach each year, and concerns about COVID-19 led to our renting a second house. Strike II was the perfect solution and Garden City Realty provided outstanding service in assuaging our concerns about check in and cleaning. The house is spacious, with a sweeping lawn for games and space under the house to relax on a rainy day. Only steps from the beach, the location is outstanding, and the house is well maintained.

Myrtle Beach

Our extended family had a wonderful week's stay at Pooh's Corner. The house is beautiful inside and the marsh view is fantastic. We all enjoyed the very nice pool.
