Cloud 9 was a great house. The view was absolutely breathtaking! We spent the most of our time either on the beach or on the deck. The only negative was the beachside deck was not covered.

Better twin is in an ideal location for beach access! It is literally 1/2 block from the beach! We also used our pool a LOT! Although not necessary, we did rent a golf cart for the week, and other than first-day grocery shopping, we used it for all of our other running. This property was super clean and accommodated our group comfortably. Some suggestions for the owners: the patio furniture on the main level front porch needs replacing. 2 chairs are literally falling apart. Vertical blinds in the upstairs bedroom that has the balcony also need to be replaced. They seem to be warped and will not turn which prevented any privacy and made for a very hot room when the sun was shining in. The patio table poolside should be replaced as it has quite a bit of rust. It would have also been nice to have chairs around that table. There were several lounge chairs poolside, but only 1 upright chair which made it difficult to eat meals outside. Property is a little dated, however very clean and well stocked. We would stay here again.

In a huge hurry after already booking a unit elsewhere and not being up to our standards once we had traveled overnight and arrived to MB, we were blessed to find this beautiful condo - huge thanks to Garden City Realty! We have stayed at Surfmaster before and loved it! Our family will definitely be returning for an amazing time here at Surfmaster 1010 in Garden City.

I have never had any issues with Garden City Realty so overall my family and I had a great stay at Sea Oaks 208. I will say this year I felt the condo wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There were used dirty sheets left on the fold out couch (there were nasty food crumbs everywhere when we pulled the bed out for the first time). Also, kitchen wasn’t as clean as I’ve had in the past. I found dirty dishes in cabinets and the drawer with silverware wasn’t clean either.

Over all we had a pleasant stay. We were very disappointed the pool was closed b/c of Covid when other pools around us were functioning just fine, this was part of our reason for booking here back in February. Also, mattresses could have been a little more comfortable. Other than these two points it was a nice condo for the week.

The house was wonderful, especially if you appreciate the charm of an original 60's beach house. The decks on the front and beach side are very comfortable. The home has everything you could possibly need during your stay. We especially enjoyed the history of the home through the many paintings and pictures displayed. Overall, a great stay that already
has us planning our return.

We had the best time during our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of you cooking needs. The owners left us a bad of treats which we thought was extremely nice. We had an issue with the air upstairs and the owner was there within 30 minutes of me calling. We will be renting this house again.

We always enjoy going to the Surf Master property. The facility is well maintained and security is walking the grounds frequently. As to the 1106 condo,we could have slept better if the bed was supported not only in the middle of box spring but on the sides of box spring. Would suggest a main bath faucet that did not spray water all over you. We will be back.The condo really looks great with new floors and furniture.

Best vacation we’ve ever had especially during this pandemic time. The place was clean well maintained and the linens were sanitized and individually wrapped. Felt safe and secure while maintaining social distance. Beach less than a minute walk. Everything we needed we had. Our dog along with our whole family had a great time. Thanks Garden City Reality. We will definitely use this place again.

This Portofino beach home easily accommodated our group of 7 for the week. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom, which was a huge bonus. The kitchen and living area were well-stocked with all of your vacation needs. We loved the quiet Surfside Beach location because it is very quiet, safe and family-oriented. We spent our days resting on the porch, enjoying the community pool, and relaxing on the beach. The private beach access was easy and convenient for our guests to come and go on their own schedule. We loved the wide beach area, cleanliness of the home and Surfside Beach, and the amenities of covered, private parking, and outdoor beach showers and a charcoal grill at our unit. We will definitely return to rent here again and will recommend the home/area to anyone.

While waiting for our house to close and stuff to arrive from our old home we were able to make arrangements withGarden city realty to stay outside the normal weeks day. We stayed right on the beach. Although we were a little leery about the safety of the crowds, it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the beach. It was Especially fun to enjoy the fireworks at different times of the evening from the balcony. The condo is freshly renovated, nicely decorated and well kept.
