The house was nice and well equipped. All items were in good repair and functional. The only negative would be to move the outdoor shower to a better location out of the sand. Way too much sand gets upstairs and can be prevented by putting the shower on teh new deck.

Wow!! Our family, with adult children and their dogs had the most amazing week! The location across the street from the beach was ideal for sunrise watching and returning to the house for lunch each day while beaching it all day. We will definitely will stay here again!

The condo was clean but really needs updated... overall we were happy with it mostly... garden city realty was very accommodating when we needed a late checkout.

The rental was very nice however a the blinds need to be fixed or replaced. The slats on the blinds in the living room for the sliding glass door are going all different directions. The blinds in the window in the living room are missing a slat. Some of the slats on the blinds in the master bedroom are broken. If you try to close the blinds some of them stay open because the top part that holds them in is broken. Other than these few minor things the rental is very nice overall.

Piney Flats

Nice rental, good location, uncrowded beaches. Loved the 3 outdoor balconies/decks, and nice private backyard. The rental company was exceptional in their service. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Garden City.

A very good experience overall in a great location. Would recommend a table to go with the chairs on the porch and a lamp in the back bedroom but everything else was great.

My family told me they thought this was the best house we had rented in recent years. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the guys enjoyed fishing off the dock. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location is as desribed. Property was clean but their were a few places inside near air vent that mold was visible. Good customer service by Garden City Realty. I would recommend this property to others.
