Overall, a great place to stay. Their were a couple of small things. The bath in the double bedroom had a shower curtain with a little mildew. Blood stains were found on one of the pillows after the case was removed. Also, we had a bad storm with heavy rain and wind. Water came under the entrance door.

The property was very clean and smelled nice. Although the property was not new, the accommodations and environment was very welcoming and clean. We enjoyed our time.

Rainbow’s End was everything it’s name suggested. House had everything we needed and more. With pandemic restrictions, we mostly stayed on the porch enjoying the great view or walking or hanging out on the beach . No eating out, but the house had all we needed to cook or grill. We enjoyed all the game cabinet offered and just being together. The delicious pound cake was an unexpected bonus,!
We enjoyed working with Garden City Realty until time to check in. We had received a text saying that we would receive a text message when the house was ready, and we were not to come to check-in until we received that text. We arrived about 4:15 and waited in the car and heat and we saw others doing the same. Finally at 5:45, the man in the car next to us who had been waiting even longer, went up to the window (without having received the text to do so) and was able to check in. He told us that GCR told him that a text had been sent out Saturday morning instructing guests to come to check in as they arrive instead of waiting for another text. However, neither he nor I received that last text and apparently neither did others who were waiting. When I asked GCR why I haD not received Saturday’s text, they said that I had probably given them the wrong number. Of course, I has gotten the message earlier in the week which had confirmed my text number. This check in experience did NOT spoil our good time. Other than this, GCR was easy to work with and lived up to our expectations.

This condo was even better than the pictures!! We really enjoyed all the amenities and the view was wonderful. We would go back tomorrow if we could!

Schuylkill Haven

My family of 6 enjoyed staying at Penthouse I. The interior of the condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained. All appliances were clean and functioned well. Kitchen was well equipped but the knives could use sharpening. The pool was nice but unfortunately there was no shade. The proximity to the beach is perfect. Garage parking was convenient to keep sun off of car. Check-in and check-out was a breeze with keyless entry.

Salem

This was one of the nicest beach rentals I've ever stayed in. Plenty of space, nicely decorated, super clean, large balcony with great view, fully stocked kitchen. The check-in process was very simple and contact-free, which I appreciated given the current situation. The property has numerous security measures and the common areas (pool, elevators, etc.) all felt clean and safe. We only used the pool when it was empty or had few people in it but it was nicely maintained.

My only word of caution to potential visitors has nothing to do with the condo or the building. Every night there were LOUD fireworks being set off all up and down the beach, including directly in front of the condo. Some nights up until almost midnight. If you are traveling with children or just like to go to sleep at a reasonable hour, this could be a factor for you. They're fun for one night, but all seven was a bit much.

New Lebanon

Very satisfied with location. Property could use some carpet cleaning and spots removed. Bathtub drained slowly. Very spacious place! Overall very satisfied with this property. Property management company was very professional and super nice!

Reading

This condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! This kitchen was well stocked with any pot, pan, plate or utensil you would need to cook or serve take out on. All the rooms were super clean and the addition of linens helped tremendously. Lastly, since we were in the first floor we had an absolutely beautiful view. One of our family members is sick and spent a lot of time in doors, but they raved about feeling like they were on the beach when looking out the floor to ceiling sliding doors from the sofa. Overall, I would definitely request this condo again when staying in Garden City!

Lexington

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, it was very clean! Wi-Fi was sketchy and didn’t really work, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Downside was having only 1 parking space.

Myrtle Beach

Once again we had a wonderful week. We love the house, Love's a Beach! It is well equipped and very comfortable. Already looking forward to next year!

Had another wonderful time in Surfside for our Family vacation. Although we dealt with some restrictions because of the Pandemic, we had a fabulous time. The house was great and would definitely stay there again. Very short walk to the beach.

Nice home, as it has been in the past. This section of Garden City Beach still had social distancing, unlike parts further North, hear the pier. Same good vacation experience.

Although the unit was a tad bit outdated, it worked well for our family. It was nice to have 2 separate bedrooms & bathrooms. The location was perfect and the views from the large balcony was amazing. The pool and direct access to the beach was awesome.
