Great location and amazing views! Corner unit on 16th floor gives unobstructed views South and only partially obstructed North. This is the Southernmost high rise, so really nothing blocks your view. There was previous tenants linens in the room when we arrived, but that was quickly remedied by property management. Would stay again!

The house was big enough for us all to have a space to get away, while allowing our large family to stay together when we wanted. Nicely stocked kitchen, and large gas grill available (with tanks). Lighted pool area (light in pool) and plenty of linens available. Great ice capacity, no more running back and forth to buy bags of ice. Nice to have separate showers and a toilet available outside by the pool for cleaning off without having to drip inside. Wifi was a little slow, so don't plan on streaming or working too much. No Smart TV's, so you'll need to bring a streaming device if you want that available. Everything seemed to work well apart from the refrigerator (you HAVE to push it closed or it will alarm and not cool) and the ceiling fan in BR downstairs (only blows up). Needs some updated bathroom hardware, but overall very nice accommodations.

We had a great time at the beach. The condo was very clean, updated furnishing and an awesome balcony view of the ocean! Definitely would stay here again.

We have twice rented Abernethy Cottage and for the most part enjoyed our stay. The location is great and the house is clean. The refrigerator/freezer, however, stopped working during our stay. Some of the furniture, appliances, and decor definitely need updating.

We had a family group vacation at the Sunspree for the second year in a row. Benefits of the Sunspree: location!, pool, large rooms, two kitchens. Some cons: no bathrooms outside of bedrooms, no indoor staircase. Some appliances need to be updated.

We had a wonderful week. The house was in great shape and matched the pictures. The private pool was so nice, and so
Close the beach. Only issue we had was with the freeze and ice maker not working but after I called they came and fixed it. Definitely will keep this house in mind for our next trip.

This is a beautiful condo. with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the balcony very much. It was perfectly suited for our family of seven--4 adults and 3 children. We would definitely select this condo for a family vacation again!

Rock Hill

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. This is, I believe, our sixth year renting this house and have always found it to be in great shape. Any small maintenance issues that have arisen have been promptly addressed. We will rent again as long as this house fulfills the space needs of our family.

Minersville

When we arrived we were told our rental had a maintenance problem and were offered this home in exchange. The staff was wonderful to work with and very helpful. The house was very nice and so close to the beach. The garage was a great convenience. Overall, though, the house should have been much cleaner. The quilts on all the beds were dirty. The laundry area had lots of sand in front of the machines and generally not clean. The landing at the top of the stairs from the garage (walls, ceiling, window) was very dirty with many spider webs, bugs and dirt. False eyelashes were found on the pillow in the master bedroom. Spider webs in bathrooms, the banisters - especially around newel posts - were very dirty and the stove top was not clean. We usually leave homes cleaner than they were when we got there, but this one truly needed to be cleaner when we arrived. We truly appreciated the quick replacement location and overall had a wonderful stay, but the housekeeping needed improvement.

We really liked this condo as compared to other condos at Duneside III. Even though all the condos there are small, this one seemed bigger and less cluttered. It was more modern and functional. The only issue was that I had to do some cleaning as it didn’t seem as clean as it should have been. After I cleaned the floors you could actually walk on them without getting sand on your feet.
