Parkville

Sea Oaks 308 was a nice place for me, my wife, and our two young children. The location is great being ocean front and close to Garden City Pier and Murrells Inlet. My kids loved the pool which was super convenient for going back and forth between the beach and the pool. The condo itself is a little outdated, but everything worked well and had everything we needed. The parking lot is small and parking under the building is tight for bigger trucks, but again, it worked out fine. I would stay here again.

Moncks Corner

The house is well maintained and was clean on arrival. This is a great house in a good location! I'd recommend this house as a great place to enjoy the views it provides of the marsh and ocean and its access to the beach and the Inlet! We've been staying here about 7 years. During our stay we noticed water running down the driveway from the outdoor shower, a toilet not flushing correctly and the elevator broke over the weekend. I called mnt on Monday and within the hour they were there to fix the leak in the shower pipe and toilet handle. Bc we had a disabled family member, the elevator was critical which I conveyed to mnt and they had someone there within a couple of hours to fix it. The outdoor shower and toilet handle (with fiddling) still worked but we were concerned about the expense of water to the homeowner. It did not impact our use of these items. Only complaint I would have is that the pool water was greenish all week and by Thursday the bottom of the pool was covered in algae/brown spots. I called Thursday but it didn't get fixed which was a disappointment bc we enjoy the pool time after a day at the beach. Overall, we had lots and fun and enjoyed our stay!

Forest

We really loved the house. I had to call maintenance a couple of times and they were there quickly and took care of the problems. The pool was well maintained and cleaned during our stay. The staff of Garden City Realty were excellent. The area is great because it is close to everything we did while we were there. The biggest problem we had were the mattresses in the house. They are all older mattresses and some were sagging but they were all uncomfortable. It would be nice to see them upgraded for a comfortable nights sleep. Sometimes the water wouldn't stay hot when several people were taking showers. The house was great but upgraded mattresses would make it excellent.

We loved everything about the house except for the beds. They were too hard. The mattresses for the roll away beds sagged in the middle. Didn’t sleep well due to the mattresses.

This house was great for our entire group. The location was perfect and even though it wasn’t ocean front the view across the street was stellar since the lot was open. The house was clean and decently stocked. Only issue was that the elevator stopped working and we had to have maintenance come out 3 times but the customer service with Garden City Realty was very helpful. We have considered rebooking again for next year.

Our family of six (plus two dogs) had a fantastic stay at Seabatical for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was spacious, there were bedrooms and baths for everyone, the backyard was easily accessed from the back porch, and the elevator worked great for the grandparent and unloading. The kitchen was appointed beautifully, and I had everything I needed to prepare the Thanksgiving meal. Last but certainly not least, booking was a breeze through Garden City Realty!

First night there was only one available parking spot. We had been issued two parking passes. One of our vehicles had to park in the grass. There were multiple cars in the lot WITHOUT parking passes. We called your office and were told issue would be reported and someone would call us. No one ever called. This was our first visit to this location. We have no plans to return and if we recommended this location to someone we would warn them of the major parking issue.

Chambersburg

Love the location of SEAcret Haven. Close to the beach and our family.
Enjoyed the morning bird activity on the marsh.
Kitchen well stocked with equipment.
Beds comfortable.
It would have been helpful if the beds were made up for our arrival.
Cottage smells musty.

The Abernathy Cottage has a wheelchair ramp and we have stayed there several times. It is a comfortable place with great parking for 3 vehicles, one being a handicap van. It is a beautiful place. The view of the ocean from the front porch and large windows is wonderful. The homes in front of it are on stilts so that you can see under them and see the ocean waves. There are several rockers on the porch and it’s wonderful and calming to set there. It’s a great place to bring your whole family and to have fun together. Love, love, love this house! It meets our large family needs! ❤️

Spruce Pine

We stayed at Three sons and. Seagal from August 23-30. It was a great experience with just a few suggestions. First the house is in need of some serious updates ( considering the price).The downstairs bathroom faucet was stripped in the shower the electrical outlets kept tripping in all bathrooms.And there are no working outside lights especially around the pool area. So it’s very hard to swim after dark. The outdoor showers need updating also and there was trash ( beer cans) in the pool area.But other than that my family had a great vacation and made lots of memories.Also Garden City Realty checked in on us a couple of times making sure everything was okay which we appreciated.The house is beautiful just needs some updating.

Everyone had a great time including my dog. The location was perfect. The rental company notified us it was possible to arrive a day early to avoid traffic and to leave one day late to avoid traffic. I will rent again from Garden City Realty.

THIS HAS BEEN OUR GO-TO PLACE FOR SEVERAL BEACH TRIPS.
THE LOCATION IS GREAT AND THE BALCONY IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH. THE PLACE COULD USE SOME OVERALL UPDATES.

Very nice house. We only had two snafus, one the elevator was not working when we arrived and there was a leak under the kitchen sink. Both were resolved quickly but JC from maintenance. This is a great house. We had a great time.
