Splendid place to stay, right above the beach with no bat/ restaurant / club noise. The kitchen is very well equipped though it could use a kettle for us tea drinkers. The main TV is a bit of a relic and needs replacing. Dan, the maintenance man, did a great job of replacing the DVD player which had also seen better days. The bed was comfortable. There's plenty of parking at the building and the parking area is easy to drive round. Only real negative is that it loses the sun early in the afternoon - there are other apartments in the building that don't.

Everything was great. The condo was clean and well maintained. The location is only a short drive from several grocery stores,restaurants and attractions. It's also within walking distance of the pier, a few small shops and a couple small restaurants that serve great food! The staff at the building were very friendly and helpful. The communal areas were always clean, well maintained and easily accessible. One of our relatives has a motorized wheelchair and had no problems getting around anywhere on the property. Our one complaint is only two of the bedrooms had TV's instead of all three. Other than that, everything was amazing!! We would definitely stay there again!!

The condo was very clean and well furnished. We had a great stay and would stay at this location again. Unfortunately there are no chairs or chaise lounges in the pool area. The fact that the rental agency includes linens and towels with the rental was definitely a bonus and saved a lot of extra packing.

This is either my sixth or seventh year in a row I think five years in this unit in the townhouse connected. Always a great experience. The service is great. This year we had an issue checking in and the unit had not been swept and someone had to come after 4 o’clock a very lovely woman and sweep all the sand out of the unit and there was some food left in the freezer but overall it’s a great place and a great service for renting our vacation spots. We will be going to the same unit next year. I look forward to being in Surfside again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Decked Out. The location was great! It’s close to the pier and close to grocery shopping, restaurants and shops yet the beach felt more private. The house has been nicely remodeled (my only suggestion is a refrigerator upgrade - it was cracked on inside and a little dirty and scratched up). But, everything worked and had ample space for our party of 6.
