We enjoyed our stay in this unit. Most things were in good condition. Maybe a little TLC to the baseboards but that was minor. We had everything we needed there to be comfortable. The rockers on balcony were a hit. Chaises need replaced imo. Overall it was a very pleasant condo.

The condo was ready early and was neat and clean. We loved the bathroom and new mattress in the king bedroom. Kitchen cabinets were neat and well organized. There was new cookware which was great because we normally bring a skillet from home but forgot this time. We had to report three maintenance issues: dishwasher door would not close (you have to lift up as you are closing door), toilet in queen bedroom bath needed new flapper and fill valve, toilet in king bedroom bath needed new fill valve. Maintenance fixed these issues quickly and efficiently. The view from this condo is wonderful. Would love to stay here next spring.

The condo is nice & very well equipped. The outdoor chairs & table are a plus. Comfortable to see over the railing. The outdoor furniture had to be cleaned prior to sitting. Not a deal breaker. The flooring on balcony is dirty. I understand the beach with salt air & pollen. We needed a rug at the back door to wipe our feet prior to coming inside. The 2 guests rooms are nice & bedding was comfortable. With that being said, the master bedroom is in need of a new mattress. Very worn & my husband & I would sink down. If you turned over during the night, it squeaks. So... I would love to stay here again, but not until the mattress in the master is replaced. Lovely place. Just needs a couple of things.

Exceptional condo. We would highly recommend it. It followed the description in the listing. I would suggest the owners add a non-stick frying pan, some serving bowls that can be put in the microwave, and especially an outdoor table a two. There was no place to put any food or drink on the patio. Lastly, two more chairs on the patio for a guest or two would be nice.

We had a wonderful two weeks staying at the Condo in Surfmaster by the Sea. Garden City Realty was very helpful in answering questions we had. The Condo was very comfortable and clean. We definitely would recommend this condo & Garden City Realty.

This is a great location, just far enough away from Myrtle and close to all the restaurants of Murrells Inlet. The views from the 4th floor are beautiful, the corner window almost creates a panoramic view. We shared some furniture issues with the office so they can repair before the next guest. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Surfmaster 511 was, overall, a really good experience. Garden City Realty is always excellent for property rental. The condo itself was spotlessly clean...10 out of 10. The kitchen is amazing and the living area is comfortable with easy to operate TV and provides perfect views. We did have a concern about the sliding glass door in the oven front bedroom. It really needs some repair in that there is a major gap between the two glass components...allowing the hot air from outside, all sounds, and anything flying or crawling to come makes the bedroom so hot that it is difficult to cool for comfort. We used the curtains to help solve the problem, but it made the use of the door impossible...including not seeing out of it. I don't say this as a deterrent for staying in this nice condo, only to let the owners know that the repair would help their investment and without it there is likely to be problem with guests going forward. The washer and dryer require a little patience, but mostly this is a wonderful vacation property.

Wonderful week in 1209. Unit is nicely decorated with a beachy theme. The living area furniture is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The bethroom has plenty of storage and a walk in shower plus a full length mirror. The mattress was a little soft for my liking but we got used to it before the week was over. The TV instructions were a bonus and I am so grateful for the owners to take the time to do that for their guests. 1209 has everything we needed for a wonderful week. Check in and check are so smooth and easy. I have nothing bad to say about 1209.
