This was our third year at OurThreeSuns and we have reserved it again for next year. It is so well located on the beach and fits our family perfectly. Even with Covid, this week worked out well and we were able to safely distance. The pool was an unexpected addition this year that we had not planned for ($). Everything was in working order.

Our family enjoyed Metzier’s Beach House for the 4th year. It is very well equipped - clean & comfortable. The pool is especially nice because the little ones can be in the shade while swimming & adults can be in the sun. Also love the deck w/ ocean view.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The layout worked very well for our family. We would love to return next year but we will have outgrown the occupancy limit by then. Garden City Realty was easy to work with. We highly recommend this condo and company.

We enjoyed our vacation. The house was great for the size of our family. We enjoyed the 2 dens. We would rent it again. Loved the house. The house was very clean. We loved the location. I would recommend this house for a large family.

The best part about this unit is the huge balcony overlooking the beach. The panoramic view is visible from the open living areas as well as the master bedroom. The first morning I opened my eyes and was treated to a beautiful sunrise. We also enjoyed a double rainbow, an intense storm at sea, parasailers, dolphins, fireworks, etc. The unit is convenient to the elevator, car, and beach access. The beach in front of the condo is not as crowded as other areas of the beach. Social distancing was no problem on the beach or in the common areas. Unit is clean. Good beds, linens, kitchen, showers, etc. The only negative was a large pile of dirty sheets that housekeeping didn't pick up until day 3 (reason for 4 stars.) Check in/out was very easy. Would recommend!

This is a very nicely furnished condo. Furniture was comfortable and the rockers on the balcony were wonderful.

I arrived at 2:00 pm and had to stand outside the condo while it was being cleaned and then had to wait for some one to come to inspect it. I found that to be very frustrating.

I want to thank the staff at Garden City realty, our family vacation was scheduled for August, and then the unthinkable happened. A traumatic event, to say the least, but the team at Garden city stepped up and was there for us in our time of need. Although we can not make it to the beach this year, we look forward to spending time there again next year.

We always enjoy returning to Garden City South Carolina south end of Myrtle Beach we really enjoy staying at Sandy shores two because of the beach access across the The street We also enjoy all the restaurants and entertainment within walking or even driving distance Sandy shores two And Garden City is a real family oriented vacation spot. The room that we try to stay at every summer is 209 Sandy shores it is real nice clean with all the amenities great place to stay.

Surfmaster 202 is a great location. There were a few things the owner could change. A new mattress is needed in the master bedroom. The dishwasher does not do a good job at all. The large silverware drawer has come unstapled at the back allowing knives to go through the drawer allowing them to fall into the drawer below. Other than those things the unit was very nice. It was clean and cool. Garden City Realty did a good job having our room ready on time.
