A great experience. You see the ocean from the front porch and the marsh from the back porch. House is well stocked for renters. Plenty of silverware, extras provided. Dock is covered. Fishing and crabbing is convenient. You can tell the owners put a lot into the property. I would recommend upgrading the mattresses on the beds. The beds are extremely firm. However, my family is accustomed to soft beds, this may have been the problem. I would recommend having mattress toppers available. Overall the property is perfect. Great location, very clean, functional for my extended family. I like the bedrooms downstairs. It gives my grown children privacy while still being part of the family vacation.

Moncks Corner

This is our 3rd year renting this house. It is perfect for our family with every bedroom having its own bath. Great view of the oceanside and the marsh making sitting on the deck in the mornings such a pleasure! Docks, boat ramp and pool provide other options for entertainment to the beach experience. They are building a house next door this year which made for more noise than usual but that is understandable and did not spoil our fun!

We have stayed at the Surfmaster several times and it is a great place. The actual condos and amenities seem to be varied. This condo was nice, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen needed some updating, the fridge would freeze things and the oven doesn't cook evenly. Usually that wouldn't matter but with the current covid situation we chose not to eat out as much as we would. Otherwise the condo was great. I hope in the future that the descriptions will include whether there is a keypad entrance or actual keys because that will determine where I would stay. The keypads should be on every door. We love Garden City Beach and will definitely return!

We have vacationed at One Ocean Place for many years. We had a few set backs with the condo but the maintenance crew took care of everything. Very nice vacation.

Our family really enjoyed this updated unit at Surfmaster-Oceanfront! It was clean and updated and in a good location close to elevators and beach/pool entrance. Gated access to the beach made for a less crowded beach too.

We so enjoyed our stay at Surf Master 1105. The condo was gorgeous and spacious with all the comforts of home. Beautiful view. The property itself was perfect location, great beach, not too crowded, and well maintained.

Our family enjoyed spreading out in this spacious house. Plenty of seating, great dining room table. Comfy living room. Mattress in MB was good (firm), the rest about average for a rental. Loved hanging out in the hammock below the house and the chairs. Outdoor showers were convenient. Very short walk to the beach. Super convenient. Fun environment. The bathrooms were small. If you need space and accessibility in the bathrooms, this might not be the house for you. Most of the house was cooled well. However, the northeast bedroom did not get the same AC cooling as the rest of the house.
